My experience was great!! Jessica J Christina L and Chrystal were all patient and proficient at their jobs. Jessica with her great customer service skills, Christina and her knowledge as well as my gurl Chrystal I have scar tissue around my veins which makes me a hard stick however Chrystal was fast painless and only 1 stick and 37 min later $100 in my pocket. This place used to be great. Over the last few years it has become a joke. So bad that almost all of their good staff has left. And as other have mentioned, Ingrid has horrible customer service skills, rude does not even do it justice. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Go to KEDPLASMA, where they have competent staff and pay is much better.

Overall my wife and I had a great experience for our first time donating. The front desk was really great at answering any questions we had. Most of the phlebotomists were very kind and helpful. Pro-tip: use a ring finger for the finger prick lol.

Was here yesterday verified my my address went theough 2 step cerification was called back and ready to donate but I had gotten married since the last time I was here so after going through 2 hour process, I could not donate because of the name change. Came back next day and have to do everything all over again!!! Frustrating

Spent around an hour between screening and waiting for physical. No one came and gave info or spoke to us (multiple people stuck on same step) to let us know what was going on. I ended up walking out.
