Out of the three times I tried to donate, I was only allowed to donate once. The staff was nice and professional, but they bruised up my arm resetting the needle, then turned me away two days later for a slight discoloration on the opposite arm. It’s not worth the Hassel for me.

Horrible experience at the 95th location in Evergreen Park.

It would be a good experience if the workers would work. Basically have someone setup have someone stick and have someone remove when done. You have 2 and sometimes 3 people on 1 person. Then they go converse with each other in a hudle. Then when the green light let them know when we are done every worker is looking and ignoring it and start doing something else. I sat on the machine for an extra 10 mins before someone came to remove me. My machine stopped 1st and they got someone else off the machine before me. Now that’s crazy.

Came in about 11am left out about 2pm, new donors should shoot for 11am-5pm as returning donors flood the mornings & bring a jacket as it is a bit chilly inside, Stephanie M was great with sticking me Marie was a sweetheart in intake, the pay is $100 first couple times $65 after, your weight determines your pay after the first 2 times I think the lower you weigh the less you make, this is a busy high functioning job and I respect that they need breaks and time to be themselves. Wonderful experience looking forward to going back! Also the foreign worker not sure if she was Jamacian or African was very informative and she smelled really good!! 10/10

Careful with this faculty, they are way too many inexperienced stickers that will cause nerve damage if you don’t watch it.. Maria continued to fish in my arm causing pain & reported Kim wanted to laugh in my face. I’m once of few ppl who gets loud with them & look how they act when you’re actually nice plus they assume cause you come there who you are.. I don’t recommend them.

The facility has changed over time since the first time i started coming. Staff is a lil better than last but still need improvement. The young lady Quintia or something with a Q energy level towards me is ridiculous for her to not know me. The first day i encountered her was fine. But for some reason after i started to come with my boyfriend her attitude with me has changed. She doesn’t speak when i first come in to her station and whenever i ask for a bandaid i have to put It on myself and also the stank looks she give me. I thought i was over exaggerating things until she assisted my boyfriend right after me. She spoke to him, made conversation and assisted him with putting on a bandage. Currently seating on machine now and he attitude today is still the same. With an attitude like that It won’t get you far so hopefully it’s fixed.

It takes me exactly 2hrs and 30mins to donate The pay is absurd. I only get $60…. when every time I donate I fill up the bottle all the way to the top. It’s a waste of my time and not enough pay. The pay needs to change! It is absolutely unfair to people who come in and take time out their day to come donate plasma. Majority of the people that come in weight 200 or better. More pay needs to be incorporated for those who weight 200 pounds or better. It’s not fair to us that we only get $60 and we take time out our day to help others and change their lives.! I’m speaking for all the baby boomers as well as the millennium group. Something needs to change!

I’ve been coming here for a few years. Madison heights is one of there better centers. The staff is awesome. There are excellent acupuncturist especially Faith and Coco they are efficient and very respectful to the cliens. I hope these ladies advance but stay at Michigan Madison heights center. If they leave I’ll probably leave too.

A lot of the women who work there don’t want to be there. You can sense the attitude as soon as you walk in. Some of them mumble when they speak too so it’s hard to clearly hear them especially when they wear masks. They mumble to donors but are loud as hell amongst their coworkers. Aside from that it’s clean. There are a few employees that are nice. Lastly it’s easy, extra money.
