I love the staff here, but I won’t be coming back! I started the process of donating and I feel I should be rewarded accordingly for the first 8 times! 75 and 100 the 8th time ! Today I was given 55 dollars, and I come along way to donate here! I come from Apple Valley and planned to continue past the bonus period, but today was a kick in the teeth! Great people here, and great service, but the time frame thing is a rip!

The Brooklyn Park location can and should make some needed changes. Starting with the staff. I was really disappointed in how they treat you there. Very rude and disrespectful. It’s terrible how unprofessional they are there. In fact they don’t know what they’re doing. I had to leave without over 32 ounces of my blood. I was very weak for 2 days because of their negligence.

Clean facility. Well trained, friendly, helpful, and caring staff. Musu is a confident sticker. Nikki runs a tight, yet well navigated ship. Suriya is an over great leader. And Abdul, is the ultimate “Go-To” man. Great experience each time!

Very professional, brand new building so everything is shiny, cool technology in the bathroom. They did a great job opening up the store while bringing familiar faces from the Maplewood location to make regular donors more comfortable. Free gift cards was a nice touch, $800 for the month is a nice incentive.

Best plasma donation center I have found. I have been donating for over 15 years and the staff seems very well trained, knowable and genuine. Everyone made me feel welcomed. Four donations in so far and I will continue to choose this as my donation center. The proximity of the center near the north/northwestern suburb will serve a wide verity of the community.
