Great location for me. I live in Roseville so this location works out great. Pretty normal time for first timers with physical and everything between 1.5 and 2 hours. Good atmosphere of community. Nice compensation rate for your donation. Although because I have rolling veins it takes someone with experience to stick me the right way. So far I’ve been twice and they are 1 for 1. Going to be patient.

Clean facility, nice employees. Be aware that having had a hip/knee or any major joint replacement will disqualify you from donating plasma at this companies facilities. It would have been nice if that had been mentioned in the list of disqualifiers up front.

I was a little hesitant to do this. This was just on me nothing else. However, the staff and the whole procedure I Really great! They made me feel very comfortable and made sure I understood everything. I do especially have to say that the staff are awesome!

I’ve been donating here almost two years. I’ve donated at other centers here in MN and in multiple other states hands down the experience coming here to Octapharma Plasma is by far the best. From the staff professionalism and donor care to the friendly environment all around. I recommend those who’ve thought about donating or who might want a better donating experience to give Octapharma Plasma a go.

The people are very nice and help make the process easy and painless. However, the app doesn’t work for people over 65 and I can’t anyone to give me an answer as to why it isn’t getting fixed. I tried to click the link that says “contact us directly” but it doesn’t work.

I’ve been going twice a week for over a year now and I love it! The staff are usually pretty professional but I love Diana and Bea the most.

It’s fine but I was one point off and had to come back it was so annoying I did however when tickets to the state fair except they left me a message and didn’t tell me when I donated so I missed out on that maybe you guys can tell your donors if they want something when they’re there just in case that doesn’t happen again but otherwise everybody is so sweet and nice there they’re really quick for most part I do however feel bad for the workers when donors come in at the last minute

This review is an update to my previous review because I can’t create a new review apparently. But this is important and I wanted to share my experience. During a recent visit, I was having problems with my feet cramping during the donation. This was not related to the stick that was perfect in every way (thank you, Diana) and it appears that I simply had the misfortune to suffer a Charlie horse in my foot while I was donating. I do get these cramps at night, and since I have no other symptoms, we determined that this was most likely what happened. It was a case of bad timing. I may have inadvertently dislodged the needle in my arm while I was trying to work the cramp out of my foot because that cramp hurt!! While I was fidgeting, I began to feel pain in my arm and noticed that I was developing a golfball sized lump in my arm that turned out to be fluid that didn’t quite make it into the vein (hematoma) and started pooling. I was understandably alarmed and called out for assistance. Tanja came flying over to help. This gal went above and beyond to get me back on track. Tanja was extremely calming and professional. She knew exactly what to do and I didn’t even bruise. She even worked the cramp out of my foot! I know Robert was also there and there was at least one other person helping but I was a little distracted and can’t remember exactly. My apologies to anyone that I haven’t acknowledged. Afterwards, Robert interviewed me to make sure that I was okay (I was fine). He was very thorough and knowledgeable throughout. I was very impressed by everyone’s concern and fast response in a medical situation. I don’t want this review to discourage anyone from donating. I rarely have any issues. This was a very unique event and it is highly unlikely to happen again. But rest assured, if there is a problem during a donation, you will be in good hands. This team really knows what they are doing. I would also like to recognize Samantha for doing a great job during check-in and Gabi for always making me feel valued and welcome. Thanks again, everyone! You are rock ⭐️ stars!
