No stars! I will not be returning. I went for a little over a year without an issue and the staff was nice. However when I went the other day at the end of my donation when he took the needle out and AFTER he put my bandage on me I saw his gloves were dirty. I had to ask him three times what was on his glove, but he couldn’t hear me because he was too busy talking to the other two workers about his upcoming vacation and what they’re wearing for Halloween. Finally he heard me said it’s iodine, which I can’t have, took those gloves off and put on some new ones to finish wrapping. I asked was that alright for him to do that and he said that it was dry and if it were wet then he would be more concerned about contamination. Here’s the thing, the only time I’m aware that they use iodine is when they clean an area just before they stick someone with a needle!

The screening process takes longer than it should I was one of the first 5 people in and it took me a whole hour and 15 minutes just to get a table and on top of that it was people behind that ended up getting a table before me and I had to wait a extra 20 minutes after I don’t want to be one of those people and say it was a “ race issue” but I feel like was because the white male phlebotomist had no problem taking the white women before me even though she was behind me it’s also no sense of urgency in there everybody moves at their own pace the only thing good about this place is that they pay you right away which is great

Very rarely do I have a good experience at this donation center. The two managers that I’ve interacted with have attitudes and seem like they don’t want to be there, or don’t want to work. They stand around and tell others what to do and have even publicly scolded the workers. the few workers that are kind and respectful make things better. Once I finish the new donor bonus I will not be coming back to this center.

The facility is clean and well organized- not much waiting. Is well staffed. Was just disappointed that the payment for my donation went down 10 dollars to 55 from 65. Wasn’t really explained to me why this was.

Incompetent nurse with a bad attitude. Stay away. There are plenty of other plasma clinics I’m that compensate more in the Milwaukee area. I go to Grifols on State; super professional, friendly, fast service, and the highest pay around!- )$125 fir the first 5 donations if you’re a new donor. Otherwise it’s $40 the first donation of the week and $80 the second. Don’t subject yourself to disrespectful and arrogant staff, go go to GRIFOLS

The facility was clean and the staff was great. In particular Tony did center director assisted me with some issues promptly and politely going beyond my expectations . Also staff member Daning was so helpful and a delight to work with! Also Jodi was so pleasant and informative! Another shout out for Tony, Marisa and McKayla at this clinic! When I arrived again today these three employees once again went above and beyond to assist me to be a returning donor! They deserve recognition from their superiors as they are exceptional members of Octpharma! When I came in today. Rich was my phlebotomist and he was excellent he answered my questions and made sure I wasn’t in pain! He always has a pleasant and calm disposition! He is an asset to this location!!
