I came in as a brand new donor. The process went by very fast and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Erin did phenomenal with my physical and screen. Courtney is a phlebotomy expert!! I was nervous they wouldn’t find a vein in my arm but she had no issues and it barely hurt. Kendra did an amazing job at disconnecting me. I didn’t even feel the needle come out. I am very satisfied with my initial visit and look forward to future visits.

I have no problems whatsoever when the phlebotomist sets me up for my donation. I have gone to other plasma centers, and there has always been a problem with them, trying to put the needle in my veins. I am very happy with the service I receive. They take very good care of their donors.

This place is awesome! Even when they are busy they get you in and out rather quick! Pay is very fair! Only issue I had was one time when they pulled the needle out it felt like they pulled it up then out and it hurt a bit for a few days. But hasn’t happened since. If you’re looking for a little extra money every week I’d suggest donating plasma here.
