Under staffed leading to extremely long wait times. I have been coming here for years and it has never been this bad. Employees seem to have terrible morale, and are definitely stressed out. I feel this is a direct reflection on management. Guess it’s time to go elsewhere.

They have a very small amount of good things being produced here. Its dirty, the staff is overwhelmed and short staff. This place is definitely losing money and I think it probably represents a good reflection on management. Poor attitudes and an uncomfortable environment. They pay the least and take the most plasma. Lastly when your sucked of all your plasma get ready to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be disconnected. 1 Star

I love the people who run this. They are very kind and funny. Have great attitudes. My only complaint is the weigh in amount of money. I wish they would lower the weight scale from 150lbs to 140lbs. Big difference in the amount of pay.

Called on Friday to check my status, was told to call back tomorrow on Saturday. I even verified that that was correct. Called Saturday, there’s literally nobody to answer the phone. Out of the entire automated message, not one option took me to a person to ask a question. Why was I told to call for information on a day that nobody is around to give me that information?

This place is going down hill!! The process used to take a hour tops now we spend almost 2-3 hours and im not a new donor! There are short handed and not enough staff to handle the center! They treat the staff poorly one reasons no one wants to work here! Shame that you have to wait in the screening line for two hours or gotta wait 20-30 min to be detached from a donation!!

While this place has probably the best rates around, the shortest wait times, the best equipment (including large screen TVs to occupy donors who may not have their own devices), and from what I’ve seen, the most skilled phlebotomists, I have noticed a particular issue, the unintended side effect of an otherwise good policy, that has brought me to write this review. Facility hours are generally from 7 AM to 7 PM, meaning theoretically you should be able to come in at 6:59 PM and donate. The doors lock at 7 PM so that donors cannot come in after that. Policy allows workers to go home as soon as they clear the last donor from the floor after 7. This has created an increasing incentive for the workers to avoid putting donors on the floor after 6pm (as such may delay the workers’ ability to go home early). If you are planning to donate, you need to get there before 6pm, or you may find their hematocrit-reading equipment has suddenly “gone crazy” (e.g. giving readings that are all over the place for the same sample but never within the required range – note that it’s the easiest and quickest way for them to fail you on the intake so you can’t donate that day and the only one they can really get away with without donors noticing as much). Or, if the screener has been honest, a phleb might decide that you’re suddenly a challenge to stick properly. I can tolerate almost everything, so long as I’m not being lied to, but in this setting, it’s ridiculously unprofessional to shortcut services. I much prefer to donate in the mornings but some days I just can’t get there in a timely fashion, so it’s quite disappointing to try rushing there for nothing after I get through with everything else I have to do. Intentional failures of donors in the name of helping your team go home early are destined to disrupt the donor’s trust in the equipment, team, and/or the process and really should be addressed, in my opinion. While I do see the appeal of NOT having to keep an entire team working to service a single donor, I still think it MUST be done. But again, maybe that’s just me.

Hey everyone!! This place is very clean, the employees are amazing. Unless you get there at the right time the wait is a bit long. The only down side is the pay out. As much as the company get paid for our plasma, the should share a bit more of the profit with the ones that keep their pockets fat, an that would be the donors. I meant without us donors they wouldn’t be in business.

I use a call center so you can never get ahold of anyone when you need to. And the call center is closed on weekends. When you have trouble with the flabotamus, the sticks you wrong, you take the penalty.
