Went for first time today, my man n I…first off the workers were nice n it was way longer then csl because they give you a binder to read then you have to watch a video of what you just read thennn in the physical office they read another big binder about the same stuff all over again for the third time! Few hours first time. But what I couldn’t get over was the bathrooms! Well here’s a pic of the girls room (was told guys bathroom was dirty with puddles of water everywhere) So told a couple workers about it, someone went n clean it but barely (went and looked after donating.) Plus trash all over floor. Very unclean. But what kind of woman does that thou??! Update..my man n I went in for second time today told my pulse was a lil high n my man blood pressure was high.. .never had a problem at csl.n we white just saying hmmm

Terrence from Florida is an outstanding employee. His work ethic is phenomenal. He cares about the clients and asks if your okay. He bounces back and fourth from person to person to keep the flow going doesn’t take an hour to hook you up. Always friendly every time I see him. Welcomes me, most don’t. Another employee that always enlightens the mood is maybe Jessica is her name, she is just a little thing she usually has light purple braids and sings but she also is a great worker and caring. Makes you laugh, which you need that there with all the tension and attitudes. Your employees tho shouldn’t be screaming that she will come harass clients at their jobs, if you even have one, because they come in later then earlier and that made me feel some type of way, even tho I do have a job. Just made me feel low. People are giving their plasma and it doesn’t matter why because they could be saving someone’s life. Some are very unprofessional.

I was going to csl and they kept missing my vein all kinds of craziness so I stopped going and heard about octapharma and started going there and one day months later I was deferred said I was going to other donation centers.. wonder if I’m still deferred that was a mess nobody listened

1st and 2nd times there. 1st time took 4 hours to go thru the paperwork of getting registered and going thru screening and physical, but I was patient. (get it).. the time it took to draw the plasma wasn’t that bad. Fairly professional. The wait after the screening and physical was fairly short.(10 min). The card I received was loaded with the amount and accessed easily. I will consider going back but not to make it frequent. Good place to go. code is 5 2 7 2 for referrals
