PLEASE DON’T GO. So far not so good, it’s a complete unpleasant experience and not worth the Time or money. They give you misinformation at least at two of their locations… The manager Cassie at St Clair shores and the manager Tracy on 13 MILE we’re EXTREMELY unprofessional & I definitely expected better…. It was a very unpleasant experience & the manager’s absolutely DID NOT make the situation ANY better. @ the best; I would consider it a pathetic attempt.. IF ANYTHING it made it WORSE…………… … Definitely would find another place if I were you.

Nice friendly staff. After the first two visits I use the mobile app at home for the questionnaire to save on time in the facility. The new donor money is good pay if completed in time.

Things didn’t go my way but they were very nice and helpful. Much better than BioLife and CSL when it comes to customer service. They do pay less tho. But very nice people

I’ve been donating plasma for many years and just switched to Octapharma and this will be where I stay. Very clean facility and friendly knowledgeable staff. Their process seemed much more donor focused than other places I’ve been.

Not a very good experience at all..started out very well, then when I was told I couldn’t donate because of of a skin condition I’ve had for years and absolutely have donated there before as I came in a returning donor. I waited a very long time for the nurse to come back in the room only to tell me I couldn’t donate until I was cleared by my dermatologist to donate…rediculous! This skin condition is caused by a chromosomal defect and is in no way contagious or dangerous to me…I’ve donated at many other plasma venues and have never had a problem. To make matters worse the nurse never came back out to the lobby where I was waiting AGAIN for him to give me the form to take to my dermatologist for at least 15 minutes. I finally just left, what a waste of 21/2 hours of my valuable time…..

This place is clean and the people are friendly. However there’s one tech on the donor floor who doesn’t provide good customer service. Avoid the short dark skinned tech, she could be rude.
