If you come here at anytime you will be waiting a very long time. I have never seen a place so short staffed and then they make decisions like, “I know we need staff but send jo blow over to build tables.”

They never schedule enough staff. You will be there 2 or 3 times longer than necessary. Seems to be a management issue. But, the staff that you actually see and that take care of you are very friendly and outgoing and definitely the best part of the whole experience. Erin(?) and Jerry especially.

They are very rude staff. Doesn’t seem like all workers go to work to work. They complain about over workers leaving early, or how two people are supposed to be on break at once.

Wasted a couple hours of my time and a 40 mile trip! I gave 3 different people my information and they said everything was good. Well they were wrong so after making the trip and being In there for 2 hours just to find out they didn’t approve me for something I was ok’d on by 3 employees.

Overall great experience the staff is very prompt I enjoyed it, the doctors on staff are great especially Kelly she made me want to keep coming back she is a bright soul, and very informative I would come back definitely to visit her

Had a pretty bad experience. I always have to get my blood pressure done manually. The supervisor was a complete idiot he didn’t even know how to take my blood pressure. He took my pulse and told me it was 52 and that it was to high but I know 60 to 100 is a normal pulse then when I started asking questions they pulled up my chart and told me he put it as 104.

I went in to donate Saturday and took 3.5 hours. I went in at 10am and the black lady up front who processed me was really racist. She had been discussing a Beyonce concert with another donor who was a black lady. The donor was gonna get her special seating. So she makes a special trip to the back and sticks this lady herself. There were two people in front of this lady in line. Myself and another gentleman. We told Jerry, the supervisor and he says, “I know”. I KNOW? How is this lady’s time more valuable than mine? Very racists and disrespectful. So expect the buddy system here.
