The place is nice but out of the whole city this is the only plasma center my protein is constantly low, then there’s rarely a doctor to sign off when you do get a good result. The staff never knows when he’s going to be in. Going on 3 weeks of waiting to find out my protein results. They don’t have a direct number, it goes to a call center so you hag to go up there to get answers which is hard to do if you ride a bud just to get there. But the staff is friendly, the pay is better than most when you can donate. I’m gong to be going to a new place just because of the way things are ran. I rely on this money to get me between pay days and it’s just a inconvenience not having a on site doctor like other facilities.

The people that checked me in were not professional nor friendly. She treated me like a number. Co-workers were walking up and cussing profusely and I could hear her. Not comfortable here whatsoever.

Money was good it was excellent but it has dropped tremendously shortly later it’s not pleasing for that to happen makes you feel like your plasma ain’t good enough no more and it’s ain’t easy to deal with it it makes you feel like going back to where you came from and looking for better results. Staff is very friendly perhaps top notch in everything they do they are the reason why I have came back. Thanks

For the most part I normally have a pretty good experience. My money is deposited before I leave and generally the staff is ok for the most part. Yet for the last couple of weeks getting my money has been an issue. Last week after I did my donation I went to the store only for my transaction to be declined because I did not have the funds. It took the runaround between Comdata and Octapharm call center for an hour to get my money because at first they were saying they didn’t see where I made a donation. On my Monday I did a donation. The last time I used the card was last Friday when I had an ending balance of$2.00+ until Monday. I took TWO buses to the plasma center. Before I began my donation I had a -$5.00+ balance. After I donated I received $45. Before I left the building I checked my balance and I had a Positive balance of $39+. Again before I left the building I requested a new card which I was provided. Upon me activating my new card again I have not left the building the automated system said that I had a balance of 0. I looked at the app and it showed that I had a -2.00+ balance. How did I go from having a positive balance to a negative within minutes and not using the card?! I called Comdata and Monday have spoken to 5 ppl who one person said that is could take 7 business days and the others said 1-2 business days for me to get my money on my account. That makes no since! Anytime I have ever gotten a new card I never had to deal with this! Then they kept referring me back to the plasma center saying that they can transfer my money automatically to which I called the call center and personally spoke to the manager and both stated that they could not. Somebody is lying and everyone needs to be on the same page!!! I took two buses for $45! This is playing with peoples livelihoods and the ability to make it from day to day! I’ve worked in the banking industry for 12 years and know that there is some way shape or form that this matter could have been resolved especially since it is not my fault! It did not take days for this incident to happen so why is it taking all of this to have it resolved?! This occurred on Monday and I still do not have a cent to my name! It’s not right and not a great customer experience!

The staff is very unprofessional. They stand around talking, laughing, making jokes, and decide to call doners as the feel. This last time…once I was finally called…They were discussing lunch plans for about 5 minutes before they decided. While laying on the bed she told me to hold on….went to get her phone and came back texting. All the time, she never even verified me. After this experience, I HAD to write a review.

The the med tech for vitals upon entering are amazing I love Jada and Asia they’re so sweet to me I appreciate the kindness and I appreciate the the urgency to get folks to the back thank you ladies. The referral program has been beneficial to me as well I have referred to different individuals within a week of each other and I have received all of my bonuses for those referrals thank you everyone for being who you are and what you do look forward to seeing you guys again

They have good days and not so good days but the great days, wow you are in and out of there in less than an hour if you drink your water, eat healthy meals and take your protein. This place is much better than other places I’ve been to donate.

Horrible. I’m there tryna save a life yet nearly coulda lost mine. The workers were inattentive and inexperienced. The needle flew outta my arm and blood spew everywhere. I lost alot of blood. I will never go back there to donate ever again. 0/10 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
