My first donation took about 3 hours, which is to be expected. The process itself was easy and the staff was great. My follow up appointments however were very frustrating. I went in at 5:30 one day, waited until 7:15 and still had people waiting in front of me. I ended up leaving without donating because I ran out of time to wait. I tried to go again the next day, and went earlier to avoid a rush of people. I was then told that my protein levels were too high from my first donation. This was after waiting an hour already. I then had to give a blood sample and leave without getting paid for my time. I still need to give my second donation, but the time it takes to do so, without even the guarantee of being compensated, has me very turned off from pursuing this further.

My favorite location to donate. Everyone is so friendly and gentle. Even though I did have a vein blown one time. But I’m very small and my vien is very surfaced. Not even upset about it. They always keep it interesting with a smile and keep me with one as well.

First time donor and the staff was very friendly and helpful about the process. Any questions were answered by the knowledgeable staff and set my mind at ease.

Waited in line for 30min where I was “being observed by staff members.” I had sunglasses and a beanie on due to the temperature being 58° & sunny outside. I was on the phone with my grandparents multiple times & whispering to not be rude. When it was finally my turn I was taken back to talk to Irma who asked me what my name is & stated after hearing those 2 words u was “slurring my speech.” Then after saying how I felt about the situation and actually spoke to her in full sentences, she decided I wasn’t slurring my speech then, but was still told to leave and come back tomorrow. Which is fine, but to waste my time standing in line for nothing is ridiculous. I should have been pulled from the line immediately when the staff felt I was “impaired” at 10am on the day my daughter, who I gave up for adoption, is coming in town from Kentucky to see me. I was just trying to get some extra cash to send her home with. Very disappointed for the way I was treated.

The staff is amazing and always friendly, the center is always clean and even with the lack of staff they do their best to get people through the process as fast as possible!

The staff is great and they do their best to make each donation go as smoothly as possible. I like the newer workers but the longtime staff (Ashley, Penny, Irma, Christy, Milissa, and anyone I’m forgetting) are the real backbone of the place, and I’m always glad to see them.

Everyone who works here are very friendly. The facility is clean, and they make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Even though they are short staffed, they all work together and very efficiently to get people in and out. I will be coming here from now on!

This is not my first but my second time trying to donate here as a new donor. I get told on the phone to come in and I get the first time was they didn’t have new donor supplies but the second time the lady Was rude and told me she wouldn’t take me as a new donor and told me they wasn’t taking them still but when I call I get told multiple times that they are, so That just aggravates me. I heard that this place was a good place to donate at but they obviously showing true colors. I’m sorry to say this but it’s the truth.

Service here is piss poor every time I visit it’s takes me 3 hours just to get completed with 1 donation. Nobody has a sense of importance to their job. They allow their employees to play around and gossip instead of working and doing what they are paid to do. There is always 1 person checking people in from the time they open till close thus slowing everyone’s process. This is by far the most horrible facility I have ever donated at.

This place wasted my time. After 90 minutes I was rejected and told I was not eligible to donate. I was told this second hand by one of the nurses who went to go ask the quality manager. The reason? I am on medication to control cravings for alcoholism.
