There is no way I’m ever coming back. I’ve been giving blood/plasma my whole life. There has been a problem every single time I’ve been to this location. 9 times out of ten whoever sticks me is right up against a vein wall or needs adjusted in some other way. The last time I was here, the white light that says there is no flow was on 2 or 3 separate times with no one around for at least 15 minutes. Then they talked to me like it was my fault for not eating right and being dehydrated. Funny how adjusting the needle, though, started the flow again just fine. Yesterday was the last straw. Please, please instruct your people to pay attention to the people laying in the beds rather than discussing what they’re going to do when they get done with work. Paying them a little more, training them better and holding them to any kind of standard might prevent you from losing people like me. Sorry.

Very poor Nursing Staff she stuck me once and went threw my vein!!! And left me on the machine and helped me last!!! Then she stuck me with the needle again and blew out my vein!!! And she did this to like 6 to 10 other people!!! Very Unprofessional!!! Like For Real she stick thousands of people a day!!’ Very up set and they didn’t give me my sign on bonus as new donor!! Mad as Helll

Ultra sketchy. Lacking security and professionalism. There is no security guard, and if you can believe it, ****the DONOR FLOOR at Octopharma is wide open. That means anyone can walk in the door and onto the donor floor where the donors are totally vulnerable.**** Check out the photo I attached. Scary. At a FDA-licensed plasma donation center the donor floor is in the back behind closed doors and there is almost always a security guard at the front door.

This place was AMAZING!! All of the staff were very friendly and diligent in doing their jobs!! Way better machines, and they also have tvs up for people to watch while donating!! Way cleaner as well!! I will definitely be going here to donate again!! Very informative on what happens to your plasma after your donation as well!! If you’re a new donor, be prepared to spend about 2-3 hours on your first visit, but the process is very streamlined once your established!! Thanks again OctaPharma & I look forward to seeing you all again very soon for my second donation!

Greeted by nice staff but unfortunately they aren’t taking any new donors . I even called ahead to see what I needed with me and what time to arrive to become a new donor. I arrived at the time I was told but was told the nurse is only there to screen donors during the mornings. But unfortunately I work a full-time job.

The ladies are great and actually pretty good at getting ppl in and out I had to redo my entire account to donate and it was quicky done was in and out in like an hour and 45 minutes definitely recommend go check them out and save a life in the process.

First time donar, website said about 3 hours. I got here at 10:15am and it’s now 1:30pm and they still haven’t hooked me up to a machine yet. Staffing levels not adequate to handle donar traffic. Looks like it will be more of a 5 hour ordeal, with 45 minutes of that being hooked to a machine and the rest of the time waiting on a staff member to take me to the next step in the process. For 30 minutes their was no nurse on duty so line backed up. Meanwhile the manager just stared off into space over looking everyone else while not lifting a finger to move things along.

They made me wait in here for three hours. Take all kinds of tests and then told me I could not donate because I have asthma. There should be a banner at the top of the page. When I told the nurse that I had just finished donating at another area plasma bank using the same information, She looked at me as if she had lost intelligence quotient points. They lie about how much they will pay you. If you want their rates, I will shoot you a picture of them. There are other plasma banks in the area that will pay you $50 more per donation. Send me a message. I just want to set the scene. The place was empty. They had one nurse. She let two people cut in front of me. I was there three hours and did not even make it into an exam room. If I had been allowed to continue. It would’ve probably been at the very least another two hours if you count the plasma donation. The website says it takes two hours. I would plan on five. If I were you, I wouldn’t even go here and waste your time. Again, there are other banks in the area who will pay you more per donation. Review of actual experience, sat 3 hours, received $0, could have been covered by a website disclaimer. Be careful about this place, its shady. Like rejecting perfectly good donors……. I am also a bit confused how they can see the facility is sterile. There is no soap in the men’s room. I don’t know how anyone is washing their hands after they touch their private parts.
