Reynoldsburg site amazing and professional. Staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. The regional director of this site spoke to me regarding a site out of his jurisdiction that I had concerns with from a previous donation. It was because of this center’s amazing job with safety, quality, and atmosphere that let me know how inappropriate my experience was at a previous center. This site set the bar!!!

Everyone, from the initial check for your protein to the floor where you spend the rest of your visit, are so kind and patient. Most of them are great stickers too– I’ve got little baby veins and they rarely have any issues. I use the app so I don’t have to go through the kiosk when I come in and that’s very convenient AND cuts down the time. It’s always been a spotless place too!

Waited 3 hours when I was there a few days ago and there were plenty of workers. Too worried about talking about cheesecake and snacks than doing their job. No concern for others time schedules or the long line of people. Blew my arms out last month and then pumped saline into my muscle instead of vein and my arm swelled very large and still hurts to move 3 days later. Blew my husband’s arms out also. We will not be returning.

Once again the unlicensed phlebotomists cannot find veins. They simply dig around in your arm til they see blood come into the line , and then they shove. Feels like a railroad spike being shoved into your arm. Then they cannot get a good flow so they ” readjust” the needle and cause even more pain! Then when after several tries they give up and simply pay you for the excruciating pain they’ve caused and tell you that you can come back in two days. Since BOTH or my arms are now bruised from incompetent unlicensed phlebotomists that do not know what they are doing…..I’m not allowed to come back and give plasma until my arms are healed up. So that being said. By the time my arms heal up the amount of money paid to me for the plasma will be severely lowered so that it’s not even worth returning. I’ll never go to octapharma again.

They’re obviously will be some discomforts with donating up to a liter of plasma. One screen attendant has a sour demeanor that puts me in and unwell mood, that just dribes up the discomfort from having a needle sticks into my arm while I lay down for an hour to donate. I understand that there’s a need for expediency, I do believe that a crash course in bedside mannerisms is an order for this location.
