Update 9/21: Went today to donate. I got a call, wasn’t even a long one maybe two minutes, ONE person told me to get off the phone and I told her that I was wrapping it up. I’m not just gonna hit the end button all rudely. She leaves to talk to a supervisor then comes back and puts me in my final return (I was at 91%) so apparently she went and told the supervisor that three workers told me to get off the phone and I was refusing. Not the case at all! So the supervisor docked my pay from $75 to $25 WITHOUT COMING AND SPEAKING TO ME FIRST. I went and spoke to her myself and told her what happened and basically because all three of the women said the same thing so she wasn’t going to fix my pay. Should’ve told her to look at her cameras and find out what really happened. Basically called me a liar and that really pissed me off.

Once in a while I show up during a rush & have to wait a little, but overall the turnaround time to get in & out the door is fairly quick. Just depends on the time of day you choose to donate. Staff are always friendly to me. Definitely get the app on your cell to answer your pre-screening questions. The interface u answers questions on is really slow. The app is great. Donating plasma is an Everyone wins situation. You are contributing to something that saves people’s lives & the $ they give u for it helps with groceries, bills, etc.

My personal experience at Octapharma has been nothing short of a pleasant experience. Super friendly. If had to make a suggestion to improve this center, I’d suggest there be more phlebotomist on the floor as we come in. The wait time can be long if your not in the first wave (6) people. Again, this would make things run smoothly. Awesome Center over all in my opinion!

Don’t recommend donating plasma. The side effects are ridiculous. You feel sick and tired all the time you have next to no energy or drive and you also have acne like a high schooler it’s a little bit better if you give yourself a week to heal, but they only give you 35 days before they forfeit your new customer promotion, no matter if you only had two donations, left not to mention the angle the donation knowing that they’re going to screw you out of it, making the larger donations 100 and 120 at the end unless you’re a Tweaker or a junkie I wouldn’t recommend this place
