I love the processing in. You have two people processing and that makes a world of difference. Thank you very much. I don’t like the way Crystal sticks. Whoever she sticks have several white lights. She has a nasty attitude. She stop working to go see an argument. That’s what security is for. She is not an asset to your company. She needs to setup not stick. She is running your experience help away like Iisha and others. I am not complaining I just want you all to open your eyes and see what’s happening before it is too late. I love this center.

The wait time was pathetic I don’t know was it because they had a lot of people in training or what and also the staff was very very unprofessional gossiping about other employees and a couple of the guys that was there donating they probably was talking about me to I just wish the world was a better place were everyone could love one another it was the people in the front and back and see you never know who knows who so it’s best to keep your mouth shut

It was awful I was there as a returning donor for three hours only to receive $20 they should tell you what you are getting before they start wasted all that time for nothing I do I won’t be back and will advise others not to go until you are shut down. The girl got blood all over me screw y’all the other swabbed my iodine in a circle two times rushing you know you are suppose to swab until that circle is full I won’t stop at nothing to have you all shut down I feel my health was jeopardized

The health screening is still a real problem. You need two people especially when the line is long and you have a lot of new donors. Once you get to the back especially when Crystal is there. All the bed are full and no green lights. She needs instructions and training on how to run a bay. She is not an asset to your company. She has a nasty attitude. I saw something that she did to a donor that was very inappropriate. Someone that is in charge needs to have a talk with her. I don’t like coming to this center since you all hired her. I have always loved this center but not now. It is all because of Crystal and Sarah.
