As a new donor I expected the process to take forever, but it really didn’t. All of the staff members that I encountered were very professional and helpful. After watching a couple of videos and doing a health screening and physical I made it to the back to finally donate. Out of the group of people that I got seated with I was hooked up to the machine almost last but I finished first. Not a bad experience for the extra cash throughout the month

I really enjoy coming here. I know most of the staff as I’ve been coming for almost a year. Sometimes the lines are long but they’re always working hard trying to get everyone screened. The staff is always professional but with light hearted spirits. Always make me feel welcomed. All the ladies r great and couldn’t be more appreciative of them.

Great place, but zero organization skills. Definitely takes longer then it should because of it. Employees are super nice though. Kim is the best!

I haven’t had any problem with them, they charming with the people who come in, the girls know what they doing I can barely feel when they hook me up. It be so peaceful when I go there to donate. I like it there. the only problem I would say is the people who come in they be on the rush talking trash and that’s uncalled for it.

Nobody is perfect and there will always be procedural errors that are no fault of the donor. What sets this place apart is the managements ability to hear this, take appropriate action, and work on a middle of the road solution to benefit the donor. Russell did a fantastic job with hearing me out about this very thing, and worked to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

I wish zero stars was an option. This place has the laziest employees there are. My husband works until 5:30 every day so when he donates he gets there at 6:30. Two days in a row they tell him his protein is too low. It’s supposed to be at 6.0 and, supposedly, the first day it was a 5.8 and the next day it was a 5.0. On the third day he went back first thing in the morning, causing him to miss work as well as get chewed out by his boss, and his protein was at an 8.0 and the nurse that was assisting him told him that it is IMPOSSIBLE for your protein to jump that much overnight, it doesn’t matter what you eat, it’s impossible. This proved my theory to be correct. He was getting there thirty minutes before they closed and they didn’t want to have to stay to let him cycle so they came up with a reason not to let him donate. This place and the evening shift employees are joke. Stop being lazy. You knew what the job entailed when you took it. The employees are either lazy or the woman checking his protein, and it was the same one the first two times, is RACIST.

Staff is great once they can get to you; but arriving at 4:50 and leaving at 7:25 is a bit much for a returning customer. They could use extra floor staff

Understaffed, and the staff that they do have look miserable, there’s no order when it comes to assisting customers. And management seems not to care about any of these issues. They are about to lose donors and I’m going to be one of them.
