I wish I knew the name of the person who stuck me and observed my area when I was donating. She was kind, knowledgeable, answered my questions. The staff was great. My only concern is exiting the building after dark. The parking lot is dark, on the side of the building, not well visible from the road and I was apprehensive about safety. I did get safely to my car, will return but next time I will ask to exit at the front of the buidling

Octapharma plasma center in Florence is off the chain , and I’m an awful stick due to the scar tissues in my arm however there are a select few who can stick me Magen, Jasper, Kayla, Mary, and Carla, even though Carla hasn’t gotten to stick me in a minute she is still in my top 5.

Everyone is extremely nice and great about exploring the process as you move through it. The actual donation process is not difficult and it’s for a very worthy cause. The facility is well cleaned and the staff keeps everyone moving through the process quickly.
