Well, everyone there is nice for the most part, very polite and considerate,but I suggest not to do a lot of talking and just get started because it’s a process. And please understand it’s cold inside so bring a coat or a blanket. At first it was only for gas until payday, but after meeting a someone who works there and has a granddaughter that needs plasma it made it more important to me to know I’m helping save her life and others.

I went here years ago and stopped going because it took way too long. My friend asked me to go and said they are very clean, nice, and mu h more efficient now. I tried it, and she was absolutely correct! I love how they have revamped the process. So much quicker and the people were phenomenal!

The staff has always been friendly, considerate, helpful and compassionate oh did I forget to mention professional it’s more like a family atmosphere. I haven’t been there in 2 years and when I returned they remembered who I was which made me feel grateful like it was family! Out of all the plasma centers I’ve been to which generally I donate during wartime or shortages and stuff like that this is by far the best place I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a few throughout my lifetime I started donating when I was 19 and I’m 45 now! I holly recommend and refer anybody to this particular plasma center off of Gadsden highway in Birmingham Alabama! It’ll be a crime to go anywhere else! Thank you all the staff that is for making me feel welcomed and relaxed and appreciated! I appreciate you all for the hard work and dedication that you guys do on a daily basis I know it’s not easy but yet you all stick through it and still have a smile on your face thank you very much God bless and see you soon.

I just moved to Birmingham from Mobile and had to find a new plasma center since the company I was using doesn’t have a location near Birmingham so I picked this center because it was closest to my house. I was absolutely shocked in the best way possible!! Needless to say every center I’ve ever been to in Mobile was horrible, the wait time was at least 3 hours and the customer service was horrible and you were always treated like you were an annoying the staff by being there. First and foremost at this center everyone is friendly and there customer service was fantastic! On top of that my first visit as a new patient didn’t take anytime at all maybe 30 minutes which at other places is minimum 4-5 hours and I’ve been 2 more times since then and the longest I’ve had to wait was 30 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about this location. They surpass every other plasma center I’ve been to in every way by far especially customer service!!!! Big shout out to there doctor because he is amazing! Best customer service I’ve received from a doctor in probably my whole life!!!

Very u satisfied. Been a donor almost 3 years. Knew stick needed adjusted whe start draw 3rd time. They would not adjust. So at 90% filter was getting clogged but have not had that happen in over a year. They decided to stick other arm. They wound up not being able to get a good stick. Had over a 200 blood loss and was deferred for 58 days. Could have been prevented if they had listened to me to start with. I know my body and how they need to stick and when there is a problem. Now loosing almost a $1000.00 in donations because of it. Not my normal donation center but could not make it to usual site that day and it cost me.
