After 1.5 hrs of waiting and still no where close to be called to the chair I just left and won’t be returning. My time is more valuable then this. They had 2 bats open which can hold 20 people. They seemed short staff and most of the normal people who used to work there hasn’t been there for months. This place went down hill and I won’t be back

Everyone that works here is amazing. Really feel like they all care about their patients and their job. BUT.. the scheduling is awful! Tried to come in earlier this week and the line was to the door with 1 person doing intake. As this is a daily occurrence, not sure why they cannot schedule for this. Is so bad that sometimes takes almost 3 hours to get thru it and I don’t live close. Hope that someone in charge will see this and give their poor employees a break. This is a great program and I love being able to give back to people in need.

Love being a Donner! The people here are nice and explain the process well! On some days they are short staffed and the time getting into the chair takes longer but other than that this place is great! Facility is very clean. I wish they paid everyone the same though but I understand why they do not. It feels great to know I’m helping someone get better!

Pleasant staff. Some seem nicer than others; some more professional. No complaints. When I went in for my first donation I found things a bit confusing but if you just ask, they’ll explain. I especially appreciated my time with the person who did my physical. Wish I could remember her name. (Pink hair .) Super friendly and displays a level of competence that leaves you feeling reassured.

The most inefficient place I’ve ever donated. I’ve given it a month before I wrote this review just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. But I’ve noticed every time I’ve visited this facility, no matter how long the line is, they never have more than one person at the intake desks. They have 5 different intake desk and only put one person at a time. On September 25.. I arrived at 5:45 PM. There were 14 people in line, nearly out the door. And only one person at intake the I tore time. This is truly pathetic. After my eighth donation, I’m am definitely considering another donation center.

This place is great!!! It always amazes me, no matter how busy this place is, they always manage so efficiently. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the screening line or the donor waiting/seating area. Miss Kat is always friendly, kind, and professional even at the end of the day when I come through the door at 6:52!!! ALL of the staff members always work together as a team! They are wonderful… a very well oiled machine! I will continue to donate at this center as long as they are here.

It is now the policy of Octapharma to medically discriminate against Donors. If you are taking a certain medication, Octapharma will not let you donate. This decision is not based upon any safety or security concerns, as it is for other legally prescribed medications. But in the case of Medical Marijuana, it is purely capricious. There are no known studies that have shown any harmful transfer of THC into plasma. Even pregnant women, in some cases, are prescribed this life altering medication. THC has helped millions around the world cope with debilitating conditions such as MS, PTSD, and eating disorders. But now, Octapharma staff will not allow your life saving donation due to their bias against this drug contributing to it’s erroneous stigma.

My wife and myself really enjoy the staff. They are all super professional. There is a lot of cross training and everyone is great at their jobs. Never had any issues in two years like at “other” centers. Give the Staff at North Fort Myers the chance to prove it to y’all. The pleasure you get from helping people is second to none and they pay well too.
