This is a great organization. When you come here it’s a fast process from start to finish. Workers like Donna and Trip who have been here as employees are very fast and precise at what they do. They care about there job and care about the work they do. Sure some days are a lot of people and it’s not as fast as others but Octapharma will do everything they can to make your donation as fast as possible.

Staff ⚕️ is great. First two pay $100 then next 5 pay 65 before dropping to 60. Don’t go 1st thing at 7 am because that’s when they show up and run an hour to get tubed up then 20-45 minutes. Good program. Well run and help many people

Don’t be fooled by the 4.5 Stars this place is so ghetto. There is only a few staff that treat people respectful and enjoy their job. The rest talk so disrespectful act like it is a inconvenience for them to do their job.I started coming here because location is convenient. I will not return here I work in patient services and the behavior of staff here is unacceptable

The St Pete location is very clean and professional. I had a nice experience there. Most of the employees seemed happy and friendly in spite of some of the kinds of people who go in there. I saw workers constantly wiping and cleaning surfaces the entire time I was there. Only one lady was a bit rude upon checking me in because she asked me to verbally tell her my address and I thought she was going to write down what I said but she acted annoyed that I was pausing, when she was just verifying that what I was going to say was actually what was on my drivers licence because so many homeless people come in with fake IDs I guess? But I would not know that, so to treat me rudely off the bat wasnt necessary in my opinion, but that was the only slightly negative thing the entire time. This location is not the closest to my home but I went here due to the good reviews and I am glad I did.

Everyone there was very friendly and professional. I was not able to donate I guess my veins are to tiny as they put it. It is nice that they were honest about that and didn’t just try and get the donation anyway and blowout my vein in the process. I would recommend to my friends. It was a pleasant experience anyway.

Went 2 times. Both experiences were horrible. 1st experience I’m bleeding because of a bad insert. 2nd visit. Inserted twice left with a bad darken bruise on my left arm. I will never visit this center again. Check in was slow with only one working machine with loud audio. This place is severely understaffed.

Horrible visit, staff not friendly. Their is alway something wrong the reason I don’t qualify by 1point temperature, or protein.. only one kiosk available, and one staff for vitals. Very unperfessional, messing around at front desk.

My son has been going here for a couple weeks and he comes home with a knot at puncture site and huge hole that if he takes bandage off before bed he is still bleeding. Also he trys to use his card and they keep taking money off it a dollar for every use. Biolife is much better never have problems with them or card or puncture site. They try to make your experience a good one and they pay more.
