Spent 1 hour in the waiting area. Then they called 14 of us. Watched one person set up 14 machines with no help. Then decides to stick people when all 14 machines are done. When you could set up one person and then stick them and that patient could be pumping while they move on to the next one. Common sense is not here. Dont come here unless you have over 3 and a half hours to spare.

I’ve donated at Octapharma before but coming back and going through the new donor process was quick and easy. Sounds weird but I don’t like needles but the gentleman who stuck me was amazing! I’ll have to get his name and write another awesome review.

Unprofessional! They don’t care about the type of conversations that they have in the lobby or the type of language. They sir they’re and sail like sailors, and defer people just because they don’t like them. They’ll tell you, you have to wait… just because. Meanwhile other people are getting seated and dealt with

Some of the staff are great. Some take their time regardless of how busy it is. In addition to the fact that they are always understaffed, it gets pretty annoying. I used to go to BPL years back, took about an hour per session. Not 2-4 hours like octa. If you have something to do after just don’t go.

The staff is friendly and they try to get you in and out as fast as possible. I’ve been going for about 3 months consistently and from then to now there have been noticeable improvements, especially in their speed.
