Wow. I can’t single out any particular employee because all staff here are exceptionally professional & possess superb customer service skills! Staff clearly love what they do & caring for donors. Everyone works as a well oiled machine & they are incredibly friendly with one another. When you’re at Octapharma, you can guarantee you will be treated with kindness & respect during a quick & easy plasma donation experience!

Great attention but severely understaffed, this lady has been sitting in the chair for 45 minutes and she just got hooked. Have been here for 2 and half hours and yet to donate, so I am just leaving 7 people waiting and some workers were just chatting having a great time. Corporate better do something, because when I called to complain the agents were rude and dismissive like people’s time is not worthy. Out of all the centers, this is by far the skechiests. I am def not coming back.

I donated here 2 times a week for months and the short Manager with glasses has to be one of the most disrespectful managers I have ever met. I will no longer donate here and I advise others to find somewhere else to donate. I don’t know his name but the short MANAGER with glasses is the reason why you guys lost a loyal customer.

Great great service!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5/5, I came in one morning to donate plasma and I didn’t eat before going. I started feeling bad and experienced my first blackout. The staff members were with me every second / minute until I got the paramedics arrived. I will never forget the experience only because of the staff members! Thank you, guys, for helping me.

The Jimminator was my screening agent and I couldn’t have felt more welcome! I was greeted with the biggest smile along with a “Good Morning“ that set the tone for an awesome day and experience with Octapharma! If you’re feeling anxious or nervous, look for The Jimminator! He looks you in the eye and calls you by your name lol an awesome human encounter I had!

I haven’t been here in over a year, now I came back to check it out, and to my delight, I found basically a brand new center with great friendly professional working there now.
