I had the best experience here. Quick and easy. No drag time no nonsense. Every one we’re in a good mood and efficient.

I sat in line today for over 30 minutes before getting my finger stuck because they only had one person working the front. End up someone called off one person backed up the whole system. It took an hour before they could get someone else to come in to cover that person’s shift. One manager help work the floor while the other one set in the office until help came. After that I guess things went smooth I was finished so I left.

Rude asfffff. The man stabbed my finger leaving a bruise cause he had an attitude. Then tried to get smart and say I couldn’t donate if I didn’t place the pen back on the counter like I’m a child. Then stated he was going to get the manager since I refused and the manager told him he couldn’t do nothing about that which was petty .

The staff suck they treat you like your not even a human being would highly recommend going to another place if you can. If you do go try to deal with someone that doesn’t act like a robot. The manager is a douchebag

The manager was rude and not understanding at all when an inexperienced nurse collapsed my vein by not being able to find it. Two days earlier an experienced nurse was able to draw my blood and was very friendly. I was paid $10 for the inconvenience, which I see as an insult and a waste of my time.

I have been donating here for a couple months and everything was fine in the very beginning. I’ve been so patient with this location even regarding the massive amounts of issues they have with staff and other donors. I’ve waited over 30-1 hour just to get my blood pressure numerous times and still never complained or gave then a hard time. I’m done with this location after today after I was told i’d have to wait almost an hour + just to get my blood pressure taken manually when it takes 5 minutes and is suppose to be in-front of physicals as it takes merely a couple a minutes compared to the sheer number of physicals and the time it takes. The staff does not properly put on the cuff resulting in errors. I waited over 30 minutes saw 6 other tickets printed that would be stuck ahead of me to now be told by staff that its gonna take over an hour for my blood pressure to be taken? Staff is not helpful at except for maybe one or two. I left and went home. I’m just going to transfer to a different octapharma location.

I donated plasma twice and the first time it hurt a little but the second time the lady was really good at catching my vain and i didn’t feel any pain well a pinch but not painful at least for me they were really nice the first time took long but the second i was out pretty quick and the nurse told me my process was fast it was like 45 minutes. They were cool people made it easy for me to decide to do the second donation. I’ll probably go back a third time I’m still thinking about it.

Worst plasma place I’ve ever been to. Manager had an attitude from the moment I walked in. All the employees were walking around slow without a care in the world. Machine to answer questionnaire is beyond slow. As a lapsed donor visit should have taken me 1.5-2hrs. I was there for 4 hours! Do not visit this center if you care about your time. I’ve been to multiple plasma centers and this by far is the worse.

Not professionally courteous to patients. Business hours are never met on time. Short staffed, no management on site. No supervision. Employees have no concern for patients time. Very bad first time experience

Pay is not good. A client should not be getting paid $45 dollars a donation, regardless of how many times attending. Its disrespectful, making huge profits exploiting the poor, pay accordingly.
