I have been donating for over 3 years and this is the worst one. They usually have one person doing vitals and maybe one or 2 sticking. But they do have many people in management that walks around and not help.

This place absolutely sucks! On my second visit dude couldn’t find my vain and was digging the needle around then someone else found it but when blood was supposed to go back in it was leaking out of my arm I call them and they took their sweet time getting to me (maybe if they stop running their mouth and pay attention it would not happen) it also happened to the girl in front of me. Super slow I was fifth in line and it took 40 minutes for me to get checked in. Now my arm is bruised. Don’t go here I don’t care what anyone else says It’s absolutely the worst place. I will never go back even if they said they will give me 500 a visit. Like I said if they stop running there mouths and do what they get paid to do then the place might not be as bad.

Slow slow slow, I was a return donor and I had more than expected wait times from when I entered the building. I brought a referral with me so it made me look bad for choosing this location on silver star location. They need help bad in front and back. Manager was on the floor when there should be reliable and knowledgeable phlebotomists there to help. Kudos to him for doing it all. I will not be back there again due to it being far from where I reside. Goodluck silver star octapharma!

Worse experience at an donation center ever. The employees is incompetent and when I met the manager I understood why the staff was in such disorder. The manager couldn’t care less about what I was saying to her, she didn’t even try to find a solution to my problems. After donating for an hour and a half, getting stuck in both arms and enduring a seemlessly endless amount of discomfort, they mistakenly took me off the machine after I mentioned the amount of pain I was facing. With over 65 percent complete to my donation I got reimburse 25 dollars. A third of my usual fee. This is not fair and is extremely close to theft.

Just because the facility is in the hood does not mean the staff should be hood. I’ve never had staff members roll there eyes at me for asking them to disconnect me after waiting 20 min … But I should have known better..

It’s not a bad plasma place but this location is extremely understaffed . The line to check in sometimes is out the door. That’s crazy. I feel like they could be better with peoples time and efficiency

Every time I go lately it is taking longer and longer. About to leave and find another donation center. It is insane that over a dozen people in line yet only one person doin vitals and the staff would rather mess around and talk to each other then getting us in and out. It also seems that it takes longer and longer to get to a higher amount for donations
