The staff was wonderful. They are very dedicated, very friendly, very positive. Everyone in there has, a very jovial and optimistic attitude. Even with my difficult situation they remain optimistic. I appreciate them and everything that they did walking me through the steps telling me about everything that was going on, Just an awesome bunch the entire staff. This was my first time donating plasma, and they made my experience a very wonderful experience even down to taking care of the bruise on my arm how to babysit and get it to go away I do really really appreciate them.

I been going about 2 years now,maybe a little less.but I must say that the staff is great.they keep me smiling,laughing,and they make sure that I’m comfortable. The only problem there is to me is the express pass.people are cutting in line then their putting their express pass back in their pocket.when the line is long and you been standing their for about an hour already,and some one walks in the door and get to go to the back in less then 5 minutes,it’s not fare to the one that come early because they have a job to get to.And yes I one of those people.i work a full time job.and I have been late a few time because of the express passes……..other then the express pass everything is great.

First, the staff is so courteous and helpful. This was my first time to donate and they were so understanding of my anxiety. Chris was awesome on the physical and giving me a lot of information. The phlebotomist was gentle and I hardly felt the stick. I had a moment where I thought I was going to pass out, but they were understanding and eased me back into the process. I left encouraged that I can do it again!

The nurses and other employees were all very nice as well as professional. My only complaint is that when I arrived for my first donation I was told the process for new donations and donating would take about 2 hours, it ended up being nearly 4 in total. It may have been a miscommunication though. Otherwise I have no complaints!

I usually only do good reviews but I have the edit my last one. Over the last two months the volume level of noise in the drawing room has increased to an absolutely insane level. This includes the patients that should be told to quiet down and by most of the employees that Are constantly talking and goofing off causing the wait time to get plugged in and off way to long. Also, the lines are so long now in the waiting room no matter what day they or what time I come and the time meter on the app is not correct. Today I waited 1 hour to get checked in and 40 more minutes to get hooked up which would have been much less without all the talking. Unhappily submitted and hoping I won’t receive negative treatment for posting this. PS the front desk is always friendly

Sad to know this place hasn’t improved even a little bit in the past year since I’ve been here, they STILL deserves zero stars. They’re slower than dirt here, I guess it’s just their custom to make people wait 3-4 hours before they even can make it to get vitals checked. Showed up at 3pm and was still waiting in a line that hadn’t moved even a single time until I decided 5pm was long enough. Never mind the people they have there are mostly rude with no sense of urgency. Just another ghetto establishment to match the rest of Arlington. Stay away unless you have an entire day to spend there.
