Absolutely love the staff, they’re all so great. Never had an issue they haven’t tried to help with, but that being said only one or two have came up. They’re very professional yet again very personable and make you feel at home. I already enjoyed helping others with my plasma donations, but I truly enjoy the fast and courteous and helpful experience every time. I try to never miss a day because they particularly care about the patients and their comfort. It’s a wonderful place to go I highly recommend it. 5 starts. Love the staff at this location. They’re always awesome and are helpful, as much as they possibly can be. They are pretty busy if you try to call, as far as occupied with the patients- but not in a bad way. They do what they are supposed to do and make sure they give the time they need to dedicate to each individual so yes it’s hard to get them on the phone sometimes, but if you’re patient, you don’t have to wait too long, and they do help every way they can once they are able to get to the phone. But like I said, that’s because they’re taking such good care of their patients at the location. They get everyone in and out as fast as possible and try not to take up too much of your time. They’re very kind and care about your safety and comfort. Also can be funny with good senses of humor to help you get through a fear of needles if you happen to have one. I’ve never had a bad experience on site. If I’ve ever had an issue with payments or anything like that (which was only once from a referral) it was resolved within 48 hours. I absolutely love the staff here they all work well together, good teams. I hope to be going here for a very long time.

Very nice place. They see all kinds of people from all walks of life and stay busy therefore their employees become very tired and impatient towards the ends of their shifts. Overall the employees do a great job navigating the part of the community that is looking for financial support.

Quickest place in Athens. They have definitely streamlined the process. Just wish their was a minimum payment of like $60 for everyone. If you don’t go 4 times a month ,your money dwindles down to around $ 45 each donation, (I think) witch is better than nothing ,I guess…

I am a return donor and I just want to say that my recent visit was fast, staff was friendly, and it did not take forever. With that said I knew what I was in for so come prepared or it will take forever and your trip is based soupy on you so have the experience you deserve.

Unbelievably unprofessional. They NEVER answer their phones. They are always understaffed. Six months ago, I went in to register and get started. It took them over an hour to get a fraction of the paper work done. I was supposed to wait some more. Only 1 of the 4 questionnaire kiosks were working, and the 1 that was working was stupid slow. I left without donating due to how long it was taking. Six months later, I go back in and try again. Same issues. Only 1 out of 4 kiosks is working. They don’t care about their donors, so why should I care about them?

I try to donate plasma as much as I can with my bizzy schedule. This is the 2 place I have donated at since I started back and i am completely excited. They are the kindness down to earth people you will ever meet and extremely friendly which makes the visit a whole lot better.
