They’re extremely professional and the whole place is clean and they’re quick as they can be and just depends on how many people on the floor but it’s always a great experience every time I come in there also it seems like when it’s less people in there they only have one or two people on the floor and they need to keep at least four people on the floor

The express pass should not even be given out. I’m sure it seems like a great incentive for new donors. It only cause people that are regular donors to have a greater delay. Especially when 10 people can easily be before because they walked in with an express pass and you’ve been already waiting for 15 min. I never used my express pass because I feel like everyone’s time is important.

The worker’s are friendly and caring I also like the environment of the facility it’s nice and clean in the inside as well as the outside. The worker’s also make you feel comfortable and they go into detail about everything they will be doing. The money is also good if you need extra spending money on the side.

Even though the process is much faster than it used to be, I’ve had multiple people called ahead of me even tho I have an express pass for being a new donor. Seems unprofessional and biased to the frequent donors. I will be sure to voice my issues with management before leaving

This location is honestly awful. I’ve been coming here for a while, and every time it takes longer and longer. I’m here right now. I don’t understand . . . why come to work here if you don’t want to be doing this kind of work? Save us the bad experience and wasted time. They know you need to make a little cash and have no choice but to wait so they don’t care that you end up spending 2-3 hours here just for a donation. YES, 2-3 hours! The screening only takes about 9 minutes and the donation portion only takes about 40 minutes for me, that’s how slow they are. Everyone is just walking around with ZERO sense of urgency while there are literally 10 people and a line of others outside of the donation room waiting to even be put in a bed, including 2 new donors. I think they leave a lot of people waiting as a tactic to make others want to leave when they see it. They are forever understaffed. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I WISH I had a center as close to my house as this one because I’d never come here again if I didn’t have to.
