They deferred me for a week while eating for a sample after only two donations. And when I returned they didn’t extend the new sonar program even though everything turned out to be fine with my protein levels. I was only coming here to make extra money to by some school books in the fall. The staff at this location is nice, but they lack professionalism and organization depending on which group is there when you go. The girl who talked to me about my sample couldn’t even read the results. First she told me, they were still waiting for my results. Then, she said no we have your results and your protein was at a 5.9 instead of a 6.0. Then she made me take another sample “just in case” causing me to not be able to donate for over a week. But they wouldn’t extend the promo. Overall, it was a waste of time, and I just decided to go elsewhere. Glad I was able to help those that needed it though the two times i was allowed to.

First time donor here, staff was nice and attentive for the most part. Entire process took 4 hours including sign-up. Glad I can help support the creation of medicine and saving lives of many Americans.

I have never been here before, but I so research and read reviews before coming in to most places. I’m curious to why you guys don’t give any response to the 1 star reviews. Why are those clients not responded to like the other stars. Mistakes happen, but it’s how those mistakes are solved which makes me really have appreciation for a business I intend to visit.Why no t address their concerns as you’ve addressed the people who appreciate your service as well. I seen a review in regards to changing gloves. I was looking forward to a response to that complaint and seen none. Whats up with that?

They were so welcoming when I went in. Clean and very friendly. Super thankful for them bc they helped me thru a hard time by doing this. I definitely recommend Octa to anyone who is considering donating for the first time. I know I’ll definitely be back again to donate ☺️

They don’t pay your referral fees. I’m owed $125 from referrals and I can’t find a resolution. They apparently don’t pay anyone either because I have talked to several people who said they were not paid either. People are going to start getting mad and taking legal action because of being lied to and manipulated into referring people for nothing but the company is making tons of money from the referral.
