The 2 star rating isn’t because of rude service. The staff is overall great. Occasionally someone will be grumpy but I imagine it’s due to their working conditions. I’ve been visiting this location for a while and my two star rating is due to the lack of employees staffed during busy times. Only one person trying to manage nearly 10-14 people donating with one person checking vitals and there is 7 people in line waiting. Everyone standing in line mumbling about how long this is going to take because of no help. I expect an hour and a half most visits. I’ve walked out 3 times now because this was going to take well over 3 hours to be completed. It just isn’t worth the hassle to wait that long. Like I said most of the staff is great. A few need retraining on how to stick people though. That’s really my only complaint about the staff. Please get your employees some help.
