It seemed to be a clean and professional environment, It also had very professional and friendly staff, but I’m unable to give a full reasonable review. The new donor process that I started included reading a binder that stated that the entire process should take or expect to take roughly 2 hours and that following visits would be shorter… However, I have donated at Freedom plasma and kedplasma 2 hours seems to be a very accurate benchmark but at the 2 hour line we had been waiting and waiting. I’m not really sure what the holdup was but we ended up leaving at about 2 hours and 35 minutes without getting the physical with the one on one staff member. We were told that it was due to that they only had one staff member available. Now it’s my understanding that those staff members have to be trained to specifically be able to do that particular job. So not having one to fill in would definitely slow things down. But what happens if the single employee they have doing these physicals calls out sick?… What happens if one calls out sick and the other one’s on vacation? Do we just defer all new donors indefinitely?..

To be there two hours to find out you unable to donate is ridiculous. I feel the prescreen is the first thing you all should do. That’s two hours I could’ve dedicated to something else to bring in some type of funds. The staff were nice. There’s a few who can learn how to have office conversations and to keep cursing down to a minimum. But the ones I worked with were nice and friendly. Especially Amber and the young lady with the locs. Overall though it was a waste of time and energy.

One of the best plasma centers. There employees are good and they do there job. The first time I went was a breeze. And I don’t remember there names but they made it very comfortable for me . And she also went over the stuff that I had read when I became a doner at the plasma center . It was fast and they gave me 75 the first visit. U don’t know it but we save lives.

The worst most hood team of workers I’ve ever seen. Had to ask them to change there gloves yelling all threw the building not as clean as it should be and there not paying people there worth for this bill on dollar industry. The worst ever I wonder who to call

This place is a joke. After reading some of the reviews on this place I definitely can see why alot of people say they wouldn’t be returning to donate here again. The loudness and yelling across the building is insane. You have people talking so loud that are right at your ear. I get that you want to have fun at work but there’s ways you can do that without being unprofessional about it.

I submitted feedback online regarding my center experience and in retaliation, the center director Kimberly placed a block on my account preventing me from making further donations although there were absolutely no issues with my plasma donations. I felt bullied and harassed by her via telephone as she demanded more information about my feedback, put words in my mouth and essentially let me know that she blocked my account because I had to speak with her before the block was removed although this is not a part of any policy and is illegal and retaliatory. I felt completely bullied.

First visit was told should take about 2 hours got there at 8:15am didn’t leave till almost 2pm. It was a lot of sitting there waiting. Other than that it was good, very friendly staff and was a clean facility. Would definitely say if it’s your first time going make sure you have a clear schedule. I did my research on this place but they were still very thorough on explaining everything. We’ll see how the next visit goes.
