Great experience. Took 3hrs first time from being greeted to finishing. Second time took 1hr 40min. Wait time has been up to an hour. Went on a Wednesday and Friday. All staff was friendly and adept.

As a first time donor, I was surprised by the lack of instruction. I was not instructed to not pump my hand when the BP cuff was deflated. I ended up with a huge bump and had to stop early. The bruising is epic. Not ONE person introduced themselves or their credentials. Shame on me for not asking. Definitely will not be returning. Clearly changes need to be made.

They do not set reservation times or even have an online check in that lets you know how busy they are, so the process of donating plasma can take anywhere from an hour and a half to 4.5 hours and you never know until you drive out there. The staff does there best and is very nice but they are sometimes understaffed which slows things down even more. Overall, a few simple changes could make all of the difference but they do not seem interested in doing so.

It seems like if there’s an issue with payment on your donation day you may as well accept that you won’t receive it. It’s been a week and I’ve received payments for subsequent donations but have yet to receive the missing payment for 6-21. At first I was told it was on the card provider’s end, so I called and they then told me the issue was corrected on the 22nd and should have received payment if it had been processed. I called the contact center for more information, they contacted the center, and the center told them there is no manager available to push payment. Do what you will with that but yeah …Owner only responds to positive reviews as well so I doubt anything will be done without being deferred from the center.

It’s a solid Plasma Center. The staff are quick about things, have common sense, and know how to find a vein. People always have something to complain about. But I love this plasma center. It’s the only place I’ll donate from now on.
