Great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The bathroom is clean, it could use some toilet seat covers, and have someone keep it tidy throughout the day. Example: make sure there’s always soap and tissue. It is a public place and you are dealing with blood. They do a good job wiping down the beds after each use. They also need to wipe down the blood pressure cuffs after each use. They need some stress balls to help with the pumping. Just minor updates. Would I come back, absolutely.

Both arms stuck and bruised badly during 1st trip. Totally inexperienced & unprofessional group of fools that were drug off the streets due to Covid allowing anyone to get a job anywhere doing anything. #ajokeofabusiness

My first time donating ever at this center and it was a great process, they get you in and out very quickly (unless it’s your first day). Everyone who works at the service desks are very nice and very knowledgeable! You can ask them anything health related and they can answer it. It’s a great atmosphere to be in, my only thing is the people actually taking care of you (who stick you and collect the plasma) always seem to look like they don’t want to be there, and they talk extremely low. Other than that this is a great location

Honestly I would say get the bonus here then never return or do but in 6 months when you can get the new donar bonuses again. The staff here is extremely slow and most of the girls that are here when I come to donate talk way too much and waste people’s time. I would recommend Grifols since they are fast and the staff is superior and they don’t waste time by literally talking about their entire lives like the girls here. They need to start over and hire people that want to work and make sure we get out of here quick.

I been donating for a couple of weeks now. Very good place to come to . The staff is friendly and warm. Big Rob is good person to go to when you register. He is friendly and kind, and the stick doesn’t hurt . I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to start donating.

They recently dropped their compensation so it’s $600 for the first 7 donations (but has to be done within the first 35 days) and then the pay scale after that is honestly pretty garbage. My first time in there was fine and I didn’t have many issues but the second time I went the lady that stuck me wasn’t good at it and tried to move it around while it was in my arm to get the blood flowing better. I heard someone say they give you the best person on your first trip and that was definitely the case for me as well. Probably won’t be going back I’m just going to Uber eats or something for some additional income since the pay here is garbage now and you’re risking getting stuck by someone that’s not great at it.

Organization, organization, organization or the lack there of. I mean seriously who is in charge here. Is there a schedule & may I dare to ask a work assignment instructing the employees where they are to be at “not to mention the time” go back to schedule for reference. Training first & foremost on the set-up “properly” the correct way to set-up & break down of the equipment. I suggest this should be done by 2 people (1) as a spotter & the 2nd Quality Control,a double check after that the correct way to disinfect after each donor. I recently encountered 2 malfunctions. I didn’t complain & was told that I would get my usual amount since it was a mechanical problem. My blood wasn’t being drawn which was the same problem this time after having 3 people to adjust my needle. I was told that I had a small vein and that I hadn’t drunk enough of water reason for my blood not being sucked in. Last thing I was told was I can tell because how dark red your blood is….. doesn’t all blood turn red when oxygen is mixed with it. Why was it something I did or didn’t do & not mechanical yet again? If by chance there were any problems with me isn’t that what the screening is for ijs. Where is the standards? Especially since they are dealing with blood if nothing else they should be graded & inspected after all aren’t hospital’s & posted for the public to see. Training, certification and documentation on the employees who are up to date with their qualifications and want to work!!

Horrible staff. Lack of empathy and professionalism. All they do is talk bad abt the patients. I am still in awe. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The Chinese guy especially was VERY rude and disrespectful. It was my first time and I will never ever go back there again.

Bad customer service, had to use the restroom and they had ran out of toilet paper. When asked if they had any they told me they were completely out for the women’s and men’s bathroom and soap to wash hands. When asked if maybe the women’s room had any extra they seemed irritated. How are you out of hygiene products but deal with people’s blood/plasma.. needles.. etc
