Staffing is a major issue! Closing at 2:30 pm or telling 15 donors waiting to be screened at 5:40 pm to come back another day seems to be the norm. Many people drive a distance only to be turned away. There has be way for the center to update status. Website? Phone recording? Although trying to connect at the LYH center is impossible. Phones are never answered.

Staff are very professional and very busy, wait time is a little much but the staff (in my opinion) are really busting their butts serving the donors. Today was my second donation and I am happy with the staff and the compensation.

The employees are getting a little better, I have been feeling unwanted because of they employees pick and choose who they want to stick and unhook I have notice attitudes within the employees I always respect and address them with respect such as yes sir no ma’am and so on. The employees in the back do more talking then they do working.

Very nice people but takes way too long to go through process. Window 2 is so slow. Only 2 windows open daily. Long lines every single time I’ve been. Takes about an hour to get in the back to be hooked up.

Professional, patient health care workers. They take care of any issues, on the quick. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, depending on how many folks/clients are there, but they keep things rolling, and it goes by fairly quickly.

So when I went to donate plasma today there was only eight people in line. And it still took an hour to get screen. then once I got screened had to wait another hour. And when I was done donating it took another 30 minutes and unhook the needle. This process takes entirely too long.When I am done donating they should be the unhook me right away I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes

The wait time is ridiculous they always have one person checking people in up front and waiting 30 minutes to an hour in the back just be seated and additional time just to be stuck sometimes the staff the wrong people and you could be waiting up to 3 4 hours in the front even longer in the back staff is nice for the most part but waiting hours is ridiculous
