Slow. Ghetto. Unprofessional. Dirty. All of their machines are cracked up and broken. If you don’t have all day then don’t go to this place. The employees could care less about getting you out in a timely fashion. They’re all standing around joking and talking and the managers just sit in their office instead of going out and helping when it needs to be done. The customer service at this place just sucks all around. Also, the pay is terrible.

Was very unpleased with my visit today. I went to the center to become a new donor.. I was greeted very rudely at the door by one of the workers with blue hair. She was very rude to me. Cussed at me as well. Come to find out she does this very often I’m not sure how she is still employed. After everything happening I was then told I couldn’t donate today because they weren’t accepting new donors. Would not recommend going, unless you want to be cursed at. The atmosphere is very ghetto. This place should be shut down!

Pretty easy going and simple process, lovely people who are very thorough & concise. Had a bad experience w/a nurse sticking a needle into my tendon, but nothing that can’t be healed in a week or so. Everyone is responsible & accountable for all that goes on, & I appreciate the effort they put into making things go so smoothly.

I highly Recommend this center over any other center , very speedy and efficient, everyone here is super respectful And very nice. The atmosphere is very peaceful and every employee is always smiling and always working together as a team . Management is #1 to customer care and service.. if they can help they will go out of their way. ❤️ the people working here , they know me by first name and are one of the reason I keep coming back here.

I just recently started going to donate, and it makes me feel so good that I can help others. The staff is so nice also. I see a win/win situation for me and the people I am helping. I haven’t been able to actually donate bc of my timing and then blood pressure was high last time but the staff have been incredibly awesome and patient and always welcoming. Hope it’ll be continuing 5 star experiences for everyone else.

The phlebotomist ( Tanisha) was very professional yet had a calming tone to relax me. I hadn’t realized she had stuck me with the needle. Excellent technique! The facility was very clean and the staff friendly. I’m looking forward to another visit in the future.

My honest review normally when I come in to donate it’s late about 430 on days the donor center closes at 5 because I am just getting off of work at 4:00 , medical screeners never greet you…I always have to speak first and I shouldn’t because customer service is apart of their job as well , often times when I come in they always have an attitude like this isn’t apart of your job description. I have good experiences with maybe 1 or 2 medical screeners the rest of them are very nasty and have major attitude problems for no reasons ,however I have a great experience on the donor floor….Essence , Ebony , Misty , Valerie , & Dorothy are my favorites and they certainly make my experience very smooth and stress free

The service has gotten better. It’s still slow at times for your initial screening. The girls that work there are very polite and have to deal with a lot of stress from ungrateful customers. Many of them learn your name quickly, like Dorthy, and always make you feel l welcome.

The white lady messed up my vein then she wanna talk about some “if you can’t donate you’ll be deferred” like girl you did this to me??? I just think they should take a better look at the ones that constantly doing someone arm wrong instead of blaming the donors perfectly healthy, unbothered selves. period.
