Go to BIOLIFE! The staff here is extremely unprofessional. Always have been. Always will be. They love to pick and choose when to work and to stop talking and get back to the booth or to stick. They’ll just stare at you when they see you standing up front. Just a bunch of incompetence and laziness. It’s 830 am on a Monday and the lobby is empty however they aren’t accepting new donors due to being understaffed? The wifi is TRASH and I just have so many complaints. There was nobody being checked in or in the booths either. Biolife would never!

That ladies are all very welcoming and have great customer service. Ms. Charlie (hope I spelled it right) went over and beyond to assist me when I encountered an issue. Horrible experience every time I’ve donated at this center prompting me to go to a different company completely. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the compensation simply did not make up for the hassle, let alone 2 infiltrations on veins that have always been described as “perfect.”

I have only had one slower than usual experience, but it was not their fault. It was on the scheduling team. I enjoy this center. The atmosphere is fun, attendants are kind, and the machines draw plasma quicker then other centers I have been to.

Customer service is non existent.. You get no greeting or hello and employees act like they doing you a favor by working.. And they try and work slow as possible.. Some employees do more talking then working I wrote this while Im in line for a hour

Great place! Very caring staff, especially my favorite employee, Opal. She led me through the 2-3 hour intake process very warmly and competently. The later visits are now about an hour or so. It is a very calm, pleasant atmosphere in a clean, well-run facility. Everyone on the staff is very competent and efficient, and are very caring. Their cool app sets appointments, and tracks the balance of their EBT ATM debit card they give you, and the payment drops in minutes after you are done. Public transportation access is great! The Metrobus drops you off right in front. I took 2 buses from DC and it only took 45 minutes and was an easy trip.

Has been much faster going in and out, but unfortunately that has to do with less people coming to the plasma center because they have cut the donation pay so low that it is not worth it too much people to come anymore. Was used to getting $80 every time I came, and now I only receive $50 which was even worse that they started this low payments, the month before last Christmas which I felt was the worst possible time for this company to make such a decision. I am waiting patiently for the donation payments to go back up and think that is the only incentive to make more people come to donate once again.

Only two stickers, ND even though I had an express pass, I still had to wait over half hour once placed on bed before I was stuck not to mention ALOT of others waiting. WAY TOO MUCH TALKING WHILE NOT WORKING.
