The newest, fastest, cleanest, and most friendly location. The techs are eager to get you called, screened, hooked up and unhooked from the machines. They more in a rhythm and effective pace. You visually see them sanitizing machines, chairs, and work spaces and changing their gloves. The employees aren’t on their phones at all. They aren’t chitchatting amongst themselves but rather building bonds and trying to remember the donors that come in. Another thing I love is that the phlebotomist disconnects your used materials and plasma and puts them in their designated spots before you leave your chair. When you leave, they sanitize everything down and prepare the machines with fresh materials for the next donor and phlebotomists so that way the new donor isn’t just sitting in the chair wasting time when they could be starting their journey. Newtown needs to train Little Creek for sure.

I come here twice a week and always have a great time! Staff is nice and everything is very clean and organized. As long as you use the app there is barely any wait time to get started and I get in and out in about an hour. Overall one of the best donation centers I’ve been to.

I stood in line for over an hour and a half just to get checked in even using their app so I didn’t have to use the kiosk then once checked in took another 30 minutes just to get a bed to donate and the dollar amounts do not match what you was told it intake only $1 amount has matched and that was the initial I will not be back I decided to give it one try and wished I hadn’t not only is the pricing off they give you less, reason was because I didn’t come often enough that shouldn’t effect the payment they give you it doesn’t effect the price they get for the plasma they get

One of the worst experiences ever. The black lady has a terrible attitude and the crew is inexperienced with different veins. If you want a ghetto environment, come here!

Staff was and continues to be pleasant, professional, and caring … all while keeping donors informed of their procedures as it relates to the health of the individuals they serve.

The staff at Holland Rd are always professional and nice. The building and grounds always clean. Unfortunately they continually lower their payments for donating. If another Plasma center is offering more money, I would leave Octapharma.

My experience was less than satisfactory. I was disrespected and condescended. The phlebotomist Merrica (aa female) is part of the reason other AA females are viewed as problematic and aggressive. She got upset bc I requested her not to move my arm rest after the needle was already in my vein which would cause it to shift and interfere with the donation process. She must have assumed I was ignorant on the topic of phlebotomy when I’m fact I am a registered phlebotomist myself. She then turned to her other coworkers and instructed them not to assist me if anything or any light white or orange were to show up on my machine as I completed the donation process. Which could be very dangerous in the event of an infiltration, air contamination, high pressure return, rbc spill into the plasma bottle. But because she felt I didn’t know my own vein it was best to make sure I received no help if need be. I will never allow her to even speak to me if I choose to return to the specific center.
