I have been a loyal customer of this center for many years and I always enjoy my visits. This center is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are amazing. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. Nibiya, in particular, is excellent with her sticks. She makes the process quick and painless. I thought the experience was great. I felt a little faint the first time. Several of the staff were right there to cool me down, raise my head and help me until the situation was over. I was very impressed and felt very safe. Don rocks also. Very friendly and kind.

Sometimes the people are cool, but I noticed that they don’t change their gloves or wash/sanitize their hands as often as you would hope especially when they’re handling blood. If you’re lucky you get nice staff, unlucky and you get the staff that ignore you and treat you like you’re inconveniencing them. If you go, just see how often they change their gloves in between people.

I prefer this location because of the area & I’ve become familiar with the staff. However, over the years I’ve seen several workers come & go but lately there’s one phlebotomist in particular that I’ve grown very fond of…her name is Nibiya. She keeps things moving on the floor as she is very knowledgeable, attentive, precise, courteous, & kind.
