Too many employees without proper experience and no one to solve your problems. More than likely whatever went wrong you will be blamed even though their staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Some new girl stuck me and sent a sharp pain to my fingertips and I left to avoid going to jail

The staff that I’ve met are very nice and friendly. They go way beyond the call of duty.. because I’ve seen the security guard, locking the doors, and someone will run up to the doors, knowing that they are closing, and a staff member from the back will tell the security guard to go ahead and let him in..they don’t have to take anymore people after they close..this donation is a long process so the staff will be there a good while before they can finally leave to go home…so this is team work…”WAY TO GO!” …to the staff at Hull Street

I drive from Hopewell to Richmond to donate at this location because the hours at the Petersburg location doesn’t fit my work schedule. I work everyday I donate plasma so I’m usually getting into the plasma center about 1 hour to 1 1/2 before they close, plenty of time for me to donate. The workers always seem negative on donors that come in later than their likings. The newly promoted manager even has the nerve to say “ I’m going to start taking names and places of where people work and I’m going to start going into their job late. Not all the workers are this way but most are, I mean if the manager is going to be this way you expect this from the associates. It wasn’t always this way. The associates seem like they don’t understand the reasoning behind their job and how important it is!!!

It does take some time to start donating due to so many people wanting to donate but the service and the people and the process is actually awesome. The people working there are genuine and polite and gentle. If I could rate 10 Stars I would

This is the slowest place you can ever go. It was only 4 people in the line upon my arrival but I spent 45 minutes in the line . Then sat in back of the waiting area for well over an hour watching the staff barely do anything . There’s an entire row of beds open but they’d rather have you wait 2-3 hours just to get on a bed. They can’t even properly call the people waiting without messing up the order . Literally over 10 beds open and they just won’t use them. It’s like they get paid to waste our time then there’s this lightskin girl with braids who never reads the order list and literally skips the people who’ve been waiting for people she knows that come in.
