Never have enough staff working the floor so you wait around more than is necessary…sometimes adding 45 minutes to the experience. Continuing to happen more frequently since they reduced the payout as well. Nice staff but a time suck.

Bruised both my arms very badly. Didn’t give me back any of my blood, because none of the employees checked on me the entire hour and 20min I was in the chair. You could see my return hose was completely clear. To top if off they did NOT pay me as promised until I went back down the following day to inquire why I wasn’t paid. To which I was told was an IT problem. My field who donated the same time I did received there payment within 1 hour of us leaving.

Since day 1 I have had a wonderful experience and everyone is very respectful and kind. I’m new to this location but feel very comfortable here. Thank you

Some of the flabotamists are more fastidious than others. Very organized, but I advise getting the app after the first visit to cut down on time. Most times when a human being is required you will have to wait, even if you’re alone in line.

I can’t imagine a better plasma place. Everyone makes your feel very welcome and at ease. I’m always in and out in less than an hour. More importantly they are honest and will put your health first even if that means you can’t donate but I appreciate the staff so much for that.

Clean and friendly. However this is the 4th plasma donation center brand I have been to over the years and it is the slowest. I’ve never been to another center where the employee checking people in seemingly have multiple responsibilities/duties. More often than not, there is no one at the front when I enter the building, but there is usually a couple employees chatting by the offices. It’s really hard to get on a regular donation schedule when I have no idea if I’ll be standing in line for 5 or 30 minutes. That’s a big difference in a busy schedule, I actually don’t think I’ve ever written a Google review before… but I had a lot of time kill with this front desk being empty. Meanwhile there are chairs open and only 2 people in line including myself.

Very nice center. The process was smooth and seamless. The staff were nice as well. It’s odd to see the floor workers sitting and relaxing between clients. I’ve never seen that before. It’s nice for them though. I was in and out in no time. Very different from the Lynchburg center.

Great experience, however not thrilled with the drop in payments to the donors. It used to $100 per donation, but you later discover that is an incentive to donate only available the first few donations. Then it dropped to $75. Now it has dropped to as low as $60 which is disappointing to people who end up spending at least an hour and a half of their time to donate.

The first 2 times I went everything was good and it was a good experience, MOST of the staff was really nice and it was an easy process. The past two times have been a complete nightmare. The actual environment is clean and nice but 1. Nobody wears masks which is strange. 2. Last time I went the nurse that put the needle in my vein stabbed right through it and LEFT the needle in my arm until another nurse noticed his mistake and fixed it but he knew he had messed up and just left it there which seems really unprofessional. My arm hurt terribly for the first few days after that and now there’s STILL a horrible black bruise on my arm. The center didn’t care nor seem concerned at all and I didn’t even receive an apology from anyone there. They don’t really care about your well-being and think “well, not my problem, bye!” Today I went in with someone else (I still couldn’t donate because my arm was messed up so badly last time even though it wasn’t my fault) and the nurse messed up his arm so when he was done donating plasma he was still connected to the machine and his arm literally started swelling up like a balloon and he was in excruciating pain. He was disconnected and once again, the staff didn’t apologize nor care about the problem at all. So if you want to come here it’s easy money but it’s up to you to decide if it’s worth serious injuries which will be paid no attention because the staff couldn’t care less about you. They won’t apologize either ‍♀️

Friendly staff, being closed on Sundays is inconvenient. How much you pay each donation is very uncleay. In June I didn’t miss one single donation opportunity yet my compensation for first donation in July was cut ten dollars.
