The donation process can be scary for some people and I love how the staff patiently comforts those who aren’t prepared mentally or physically. They go above the bar set for leadership and customer or guest support. Best octa facility I’ve been too yet.

So this what happen to me. I went in for a plasma donation and when I came In I saw the woman who I wanted to stick my arm she is a black woman and I think she is a nurse. So when I got everything done checking my blood and my heart pressure I finally got into the floor where I donate my plasma. I asked the woman that was about to stick me could the other lady stick me could you ask her for me. Than the lady said you making me uncomfortable and you have been doing this asking others to stick you you will be deferral we can deferral you. All I did was asking them a question if she can stick me but she threaten to deferral me many times even before. Really bad customer service I had to report this to the manager about this for them to shut up. Now they don’t say it anymore

The team here is very professional. Damon and Bree goes beyond the call of duty to help you get triage. Alexis does a wonderful job with physical. Kate is a great manager. The floor staff is the bomb. They know what they are doing and take their time with you. Love them here

tried to donate 3 times now, first they took too long to get to me and ended up telling me to come back another day, second time my blood pressure was too low then my pulse was too high, then lastly the lady told me there was something in my blood too low that started with an H. after all 3 times I was never offered the “half pay” option that I read about in the facility. so 3 trips and nothing to come of it.

The staff were great very welcoming very respectful but the experience was just a little disappointing after being stuck I was told that I should tell someone to stick me above my scar tissue by the same person who stuck me which is something that she probably should have considered when she was sticking me
