Great staff, wait times vary no matter what time of day you go. I love the music they have playing throughout the center, it makes time go faster and you can pump your arm to it! Overall easy environment, appreciate every worker here

Overall the cleanliness was great but I don’t know if they’re understaffed on purposed or just short staffed because it took me an hour just to have my vitals taken with only 4 people ahead of me. My donations normally take about 45 minutes to an house if I didn’t drink water but I was there for 2 hours the last time I donated and I was only given $30 because I haven’t donated that often but if they were better staffed or more prepared then the process wouldn’t take as long and I would be able to make more donations around my work schedule. I discussed the situation with the location director and after reviewing the times to see if I was telling the truth nothing was offered for my inconvenience but a possible training opportunity. Unfortunately that center is the only one close to my house so that will be the last time I will be donating to octaplasma.

I am unhappy that I sat there threw the whole process and when I get to the end I’m told they can’t find my vines. In my mind I go to the doctors and they find my vines just fine. Every time. Takes 10 Viles worth. I’m very confused. If that’s the case maybe checking vines should be first priority in that place so someone like me don’t sit there for 3 hours wasting my day away and your business resources. No offense maybe you need better phlebotomist to locate vines.

Most awful experience. Waited for like 3 hours twice for them to tell me to try again. Yea no thanks. I’ve never had a phlebotomist not be able to stick me ever but apparently none of them can. Smh.

I want to give five stars for the great individuals that work here but, the people working the chairs are extremely lazy and spend their time talking instead of doing their job in a safe and proper manner. Its unbelievable how the people are still employed!… SMH!…

How does this place have such a high rating? It’s like they go out of their way to hire the rudest, most laziest, incompetent people. Something that is truly disturbing is the employees are not certified phlebotomist, how is that legal? And another thing, how do they allow people who are clearly high and nodding out donate. I wonder if they even test them for HIV and hepatitis, if they are nodding out they’re most likely IV drug users who are highly susceptible to those diseases. This is where life saving plasma comes from? I think of rather die them recieve any plasma acquired from this company. Whatever government department that’s supposed to monitor thses places needs to come and have a visit.
