As a returning donor (after a 6 month break), I was promptly greeted and began the process. I inquired about the donor payout and was extremely disappointed to learn that after 2 successful donations, the pay drastically goes from $100 to $30. This is neither competitive with other plasma centers nor cost beneficial to donors. Had to complete the questionnaire at the facility as my App wasn’t available…only to discover that only 1 out of the 5 computers were actually working…patiently waited for about 10 minutes. The technicians were friendly and quick! Octapharma can do better…otherwise I’ll be on the hunt for another plasma center that is willing to pay top $ for plasma.

They have to be the slowest company in the world. I feel they are slower than wells fargo and that blows my mind. I have been here for 8 hours and donated once. I came here to donate and I have a bad bruise from last time I donated and I waited 4 days to come back for the bruising to go down. Now in told I can’t donate until after bruise goes away. Wasted 3 hours of my day again. Oh and they gave be $15 for my time. That’s a joke..I have had more issues here than I ever had at csl

Customer service is good; staff is friendly. I’ve been donating for several years, my brother was a first time donor several months ago and stated he was referred by his sister, gave my full name; by the way we share the same last name and we never retrieved our referral bonus ; it was a discrepancy somewhere and wasn’t reconciled other than that I think I was treated pretty fair as a consistent donor. Clean environment.

This location is amazing as far as getting you in and out fast. I do however recommend that one of the female staff members who does check in for returning donors in the afternoons, to have better customer service. I didn’t get her name but she’s young, very rude and doesn’t seem to enjoy her job. Her behavior can turn people away from this particular location in the future.

Some of the ladies are playing too much, some are up front interefering with the intake person, some are disrespectful, unprofessional and complaining when they may or think they may have to be at work later…however when your company closes at 4pm or 7pm people are going to come at the 3:45 pm or the 6:45 pm hour to get in…THAT IS INEVITABLE McDonalds experiences this everyday!!! The staff complains about this all the time right infront of the donors, this should not be…

This place is terrible whoever is the owner is needs to hire a new staff. I just left this location about 5 minutes ago 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to them closing, the young petite lady with a nose ring and bald darkskin older male with a beard are very rude and unprofessional speak loudly about who is taking the next donor and how unbearable assisting donors are because they are almost closing. These 2 particular employees are lying to donors who travel and spend time and money to donate plasma. I have never been to a center like this and they reject people because they simply do not want to work, it’s very childish and unprofessional to act in a manner like that in a professional workplace at that. A field that is dealing with hospitality and making sure the donor experience is always great and these two employees take it as a joke treating people unfair. I really hope there are better people in this world than the ones that disregard and disrespect humans and customers as a whole. If I could rate this experience as a 0 I would. I will never come back to this location again and I will be alerting corporate for this discrepancy and inconvenience.

My wufe transitioned during Covid due to lack of Plasma. During the close of Ramadan this year I decided to make sure I assisted in no one feeling that degree of pain.

I believe that octopharma has come a long way. Compared to how it was when I first attempting to become an octopharma donator. I’ve been donating at CSL plasma for nearly 5years, and I believe I’ve finally found a donation home with octopharma plasma. I would suggest that anyone who is considering donating Plasma, to first check into Octopharma Plasma first.
