Each time I’ve been there, they only have 1 or 2 people to process a long line of people. No one comes to help, knowing it would only take 15 to 20 minutes with 2 more people to get the line down to reasonable.

This place is great. The check-in and initial visit are a little rough but after that it is a great process. The phlebotemists are always great and make you feel comfortable. I always enjoy learning something new about those taking care of me. My philosophy, “Take care of those that take care of you”.

I had a very pleasant intake experience with Blanca Morales recently. Her demeanor was cordial, unassuming and professional. I especially liked her gentle manner when taking blood, temperature and pressure. I didn’t get that assembly line feeling like I do at some other health settings.

I’ve been coming since October 2022 and I couldn’t be happier about choosing this center as my home. Atmosphere along with professionalism are so crucial to any great servic, especially one where you’re physically compromised. These ladies do an excellent job of ensuring your safety, comfort, and experience are top notch. And frankly, it’s nice to see so many black women taking care of business and running such a smooth and welcoming operation. It’s hard to choose my favorite employee because I have great connections a few of them. But I’ll have to go with Kirby simply because she wraps my arm in a way where I can still bend my elbow and have complete mobility immediately with no issues. It’s great lol.

All staff was friendly. No sense of timing. Confusion and no sense of timing or urgency. Needs to be streamlined much better. Arrived at 7AM. Waited for over 2 hours and was not finished with physical to even begin. Have work and other appointments and had to leave. Never completed anything. Not going back.

Ok so I moved from California, I’ve been to an Octopharma out there and man they pale in comparison. The place is never packed, the most I’ve waited is 10min. Also ALL THE STAFF HERE IS AMAZING! Super friendly they’re al great! LADIES KEEP IT UP BECAUSE YOU’RE AMAZING!

I’ve been coming to Octapharma Plasma for 2 months now and I must say each visit is a wonderful experience, from walking in your immediately greeting with great customer service and attitude. Upon getting on the donor floor your greeted again from the phlebotomist. Ms Faith is absolutely incredible she understands that being stick with a needle is already hard enough so she takes pride in her work I love to see her always when I walk in . All of the phlebotomist are great at what they do the environment is great and I feel good being able to help others around the world by donating while having and incredible experience doing so .
