I love how clean this place is I also love the great attitude and customer service. The staff here are very respectful and concerning. The only reason I give this place a four star is because of the waiting process I’m assuming it’s for the lack of staff but that’s the only issue I have and hopefully they fix that soon.

As much as I may like the people that work there it could be faster. Just about every time I go there’s only one person working at one of the five screening booths. The first time you go it takes about 3 hours. It should not take 3 hours or more 6 months later. Hiring a few more people could make the difference.

Payout is good, the workers on the floor are nice and efficient. Giving them a 3 and here is why…My complaint with this facility is the long wait time. There is always 1 person working the sign in area, so you are in line for well over 40mins. Management see this and never come out to help move the process along. Everyone should be trained to help out wherever help is needed. So 40 plus minutes just to sign in, an hour wait to start and then however long for your donation time. Once I my entire process was over 4hrs. It’s beyond ridiculous. I appreciate the dedication of the few workers on the floor, they try their best to move it along. Management needs to be reevaluated. They will literally walk out look at the long lines, see that only 1 person is working and go back to their office. Whoever is above these managers need to come in and cross train EVERYONE.

Staff is great, everyone is friendly and accommodating. Only downside is I’ve had to leave several times over the last month because the wait has been excessive. Definitely need more hands on deck because I went from getting seated immediately to waiting with 10+ people in front of me with only 1-2 staff members checking people in and what seems like not enough staff on the floor to utilize all the beds that are available.

The front staff is very rude. Very understaffed. You have to go 4 or 5 times before you can even get your physical. They say every day that they aren’t accepting any new donors that day and tell you to come back the next day just to tell you the same thing. The lady told me to come back before 11am. I showed up at 9am and the person seemed so happy to tell me that I need to come back again. The response they give is to call corporate.

The facility is clean and the staff is extremely pleasant and kind. Seems management needs to improve. Management is MIA or stay in the office. You have to set aside 2hrs for donation. One hr wait and one hour for the donation process. Management doesn’t ensure their team have adequate support. There’s no reason only one person she be handling desk check-ins. Overheard staff say she hasn’t had a break all day. Which caused her to take a break during the busy time.

I think they need more staff members considering the volume of people that are usually there to donate when I go but overall I’ve had very pleasant experiences each time. Everyone seems very nice and it’s always clean. I know they have to keep it cold per FDA standards but they should warn people to bring a sweater lol. I like that there’s a little cubby at the bottom of the bed/table thing to put your personal belongings.

The ladies in the morning are top notch, one girl sticks us, the other finishes, they have such an amazing routine . However at night, the laziness is very noticeable. 2 people sticking and almost 15 people in the waiting area while other nurses are no where to be found, I waited almost 2 hours to be stuck, they even asked for help and no one came to their aid. The management is not doing their job there.

I gave plasma only 5 hours ago. My arm shows no agitation! The phlebotomist was kind, personal and professional.
