The wait was very very long. Had to use bathroom and waited till the end. Mist my ride home. worker’s where watching the movies that was playing on doner floor. That’s also very unsafe for phlebotomist to be watching movies while on the clock sticking people with needles. I may no be returning because of lack of professionalism.

So stupid they give gift cards for redeeming points. How am I supposed to buy my drugs or pay my rent with a gift card? Give us extra cash for redeeming earned points the way csl plasma does.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME BEWARE!! I went to the center between 2-3 weeks ago. I spent almost 3 hours there to be denied when I advised I had a cervical fusion. The nurse provided a form for my doctor to fill out. My doctor returned it a week later and forgot to place a checkmark in the box that approved 2 donations a week. Everything else was correct. I had to call to find this out since NOONE CALLED ME AS ADVISED. I picked up the paperwork on Friday after being instructed over the phone to do so and had my husband take it to my doctor the following Monday to get it completed. I dropped the form off later that day after i got out of work and was advised that the doctor would review it and get back to me. Originally I was informed that the doctor would not need to review it again. I complied and was advised they would follow up with me. NOONE EVER CALLED ME AGAIN. I called again to confirm I was all set to donate and was now informed that I needed to pick up a whole new form to take to my doctor since it was rejected the first time. This was never conveyed. They provided me with the paperwork they said was needed which was the original form I had turned back in. This place needs massive training and organization. Compassion is lacking. Very disappointed.

Everyone at this establishment is extremely kind and helpful in the plasma giving process, making it an easy and fast experience. My first visit the nurse with the wavy/curly blonde hair and glasses (I’m sorry I don’t know your name!) who did my physical was extremely patient with my questions and made me feel quite comfortable. During my actual donation, Israel and Jada were very helpful when my machine would not take my blood and helped adjust my needle carefully until my blood flowed. Great staff and place to donate!
