This is a sad place. While visiting, my family made an appointment to donate blood and the service was sad. Going through your past records of donation took a while. Seems like they couldn’t find it. The seats were filled and you think everyone working would happy or at least show gratitude that people want to donate. All you heard was murmuring and complaining. One guy was like they bet not ask me to do another one. Even with mask you can see a smile it was frowns. Family was done and no one directed us to move. Finally after about 5 minutes of staring at people my family stood up knowing they are supposed to offer juice or something. They finally did direct to the area to pick up food but no one walked over there to show, just point. Finished drinking waited another while. Family looked at each other and said I guess we go and they did. Wow. No direction, employees complaining about this gift we are giving to help others and a fend for yourself attitude. Never again. First time my daughter donated and this was the experience she walked away with.
