While necb might be easy to work with initially, they are terrible in the long run. 5 years after we decided to stop using the service we still get letters from collection agencies because they never close our account. We have even sent certified letters with their own paperwork filed out multiple times and we still get collections letters. Look up the necb lawsuit. This is not a one time thing but rather a common practice for this company.

Yes, the chances of you needing cord blood / tissue are slim, but the yearly cost is nothing if the situation arrises when you or your close family members are in need.
