Sorry about my review I didn’t mean to mess it up I’m special needs I can’t write or read that good and I got a text to read things everybody at the Red Cross was nice and helpful and friendly going back to donate more blood platelets on the 25 I like it there so that’s where I’m going to make my main donation place at for blood to help other and thank you redcross blood place and keep on doing a good job encouraging people to come and donate blood people that need it

It’s a fairly large ARC center, where they also provide training classes for CPR. I donated platelets and plasma in September 2023 and found the experience great. Staff was professional and attentive to my needs. I recommend making your life saving donation here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I donated platelets while watching Netflix. Netflix locked up a couple of times and the staff helped as well as got me a couple of blankets.

Nice staff that care about your donation but the location and hours are horrible. Was running behind on my appointment due to a road closer, they didn’t care. The whole road ended up being closed so it was impossible to get to their location. I’m sure the staff knew, but no one decided to call to let people know to reschedule. Done trying to get to this location. Always a waste of time.

Staff was rude. Refused my power red donation because I was 15 minutes late due to an accident in 75. It took me 45 minutes to get there. Stick to your local blood drives where they actually appreciate your donation and don’t consider it a nuisance. I’ll be giving my blood to another organization in the future.

I come here biweekly and the staff is always polite and caring, even on extremely busy days. Everyone is personable and gentle when taking donations and gives the same courtesy to everyone who walks in the door. The bathrooms are extremely well maintained. I’ve literally never seen the bathroom so much as run out of paper towels. The movie selections for donors to watch is also high quality and up to date.

The staff here are amazing. They’re professional and friendly. They take a little extra time to make sure you’re ok after donating, and they really went the extra mile for me today when I had done a terrible job of scheduling my donation and had to leave quickly. I’m antsy around needles, so it’s good that they’re such great people or I’d probably have more trouble talking myself into donating.

The staff starting from the front desk to the end they are friendly but I just want to add something as a nurse. Does not look good and it is not allowed or good seen in any healthcare institution that when you leave your patient’s side you walk all the corridors in gloves all the time, they go to the front, they touch the numbers board and so on, someone else’s machine sounds and with those same gloves that already punctured someone, it is also touched, this is a constructive criticism, just that.
