If you make a 7am appointment and show up early, don’t. I pulled up at 6:50, and could see staff through the window. They saw me pull up and one of them threw up her hands in (I’m guessing) frustration and then FLIPPED me off!

The staff at the Eden Prairie center are fantastic and friendly. The center is always clean, even the bathroom too. I feel very comfortable there. I’ve been going there regularly for years.

I’ve donated blood in a number of different places in several states and this donation center is one of the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable places ever, whether I’m donating platelets, plasma, or whole blood. Great staff. (And since I always advise them I’m allergic to pain–I hate pain!–they always make it as painless as possible. THANKS!)
